Easy Warranty Process

The whole process to get my PC back was pretty painless. I had forgotten if I had a warranty or not and sent an email to ask. Returned with a yes and got the ball rolling on doing troubleshooting on my end to no avail and then sent my PC in. Just got word back today that repairs were done and will be shipping out soon. So excited to have my desktop back!

Amazing Support

I had an NVME drive "stop working" on me today and called their support rather than try to work through it myself even though I have the knowledge. Spoke to Cole who was incredibly helpful and quick to suggest a solution and after implementing his suggestion my NVME drive came back to life. Took less than an hour. Awesome support and really drives home the value I've received from buying Xidax with Lifetime support.

CPU lasted 8-10 years still going

Tech/Customer Support

Joel had been helping me out recently, but unfortunately he was out today. Hope you feel better soon, Joel!

Elijah helped me today and spent several hours working on my issue.

Still need to do some testing to see if all is well with the rig. But, I really want to thank Joel and Elijah for the patience and time.

My pc lags and won’t let me run more…

My pc lags and won’t let me run more than one program. I have been on the support line for 30 minutes listening to music. I have had to wait days just for an email back. Do not recommend the pc will work but only for one application at a time.

Great HUMAN customer service

I've bought a few things but this time i needed to figure out BIOS update. COLE T helped me out and guided me through perfectly. The best thing about it is he didn't talk like a scripted robot like a lot of other companies have been doing. Made it personable and felt comfortable in the fact knowing he'll take care of me. Very much Appreciated. Wish i could send them a tip for helping!

Elijah helped me get my cpu swapped instead of waiting on the RMA. From what i understand this is an exception and i appreciate the help. This is my first Xidax pc but the customer service has been great. Highly recommend as they are very transparent.

I purchased a PC from Xidax in 2020 and…

I purchased a PC from Xidax in 2020 and have only had positive experiences working with them. I got the lifetime warranty and have had to use it twice, one of those times being now. I spoke with Elijah today with some troubleshooting issues and he helped make it a fast and easy experience.

Xidax Experience

I am currently looking to purchase a new gaming system, and I had some technical questions about my pc build. Elijah Walker was extremely helpful and answered my questions fully. I have worked with other organizations, but an employee like Elijah just adds that extra touch to the experience that makes a good company great!

Aspen at Xidax gave very Professional…

Aspen at Xidax gave very Professional Support. The point of support, especially technical support, is solve a problem. In this case it was a significant problem in that I could not perform my own professional support.

This was outside of Aspen's required function but worked the issue as if it was her own. Friendly (as all tech support is... :-P) and effecient. Find the problem and fix it as quick as possible.

Highly recommended!!!
