I ordered a robot vacuum (Dreame L50, so not the cheapest one) from them, which stopped working after 2 days. I cancelled the order which anyone has the right to do in the EU within 14 days. They accepted the cancellation and confirmed they received the vacuum after I sent it back. To this day I have not received the price back and it has now been more than 4 months.

I ordered and paid 2 outdoor cameras, 1 indoor camera and a wifi extender which was shown to be "on stock" on the 26th of February. On the 8th of March I've got an email telling me they can't deliver it on time. It arrived on the 21st of March. The products were fine, so it only bothered me a bit.

Then I ordered and paid a phone on the 1st of April. On the 9th of April I've got an email telling me there are some problems in their logistics system, so it will arrive later. I couldn't find a phone number where I can ask my questions. On the 15th of April I've got an email telling me the phone, that was shown to be on stock on the website isn't arrived to their company. They offered me a phone, telling me that because of the "another 1 week wait and for the incovenience due to the wait time" they can sell it for me for a lower price. This lower price is the same price shown on their website as well as on other Xiaomi distributors' website, so there wasn't even a slight discount for the incovenience. I answered on the 16th of April, I didn't get a response. I wrote again today (17th of April), asking them to send my money back as it's already late for the phone to arrive. That's where the story stands right now.

Because of cancellation I ordered a new cellphone. The customer service helped me a lot during the purchese in order to the product will suitable and it would been arrived short time.
