Wrong Filter and Roborock have not organised a Refund
The Roborock website mentioned the filter is for S6 however it was the wrong filter when purchased.
I have sent several e-mails to Customer Service (Roborock) and they have not come back to me with a solution. I have requested initially that I would return the filter back to them and they can deliver the right filter to me. However now I am requesting them to provide a full refund as I have purchased the filters elsewhere due to the long wait. The customer service in Roborock has been appalling and really very poor which has been very disappointing.

I ordered a (Xiaomi Xiaomi Mi Smart Space Heater S) from xiaomiproducts web site in January.
It was clearly written on the website: Ordered before 20:00 -> delivered the next day.
I didn't notice thier secret word: PREORDER!
The next day I got an email saying I have to wait about 3 weeks.
I am in the 6th week of waiting and there is no new news and they did not even respond when I tried to contact them by their website.
I do not recommend this seller at all.

I ordered at the beginning of January a *Pre-order* product (means that I had to wait around 2 weeks til' they get it posted, at least that's what stands on the website after I ordered). I got the invoice and confirmation message, but until I sent a mail after 2 weeks to get an update they didn't even bother to tell me that there is a delay of another 3-4 weeks for the product ordered. I sent another 2 emails to ask if there is anything coming up or we can cancel the order...Not even a response, I just got the automated message yesterday that my order was canceled, that's all.
Great prices but very unprofessional support team, I will probably avoid them in the future.
Defective product - long process
My first order on xiaomi.nl went really well but my second order was a disaster. I normally don’t write negative reviews but my second experience was really unpleasant and I feel this review could prevent someone from the same negative experience. I ordered few lights in December and one arrived defective. I paid the fees to send back the product to be exchange or repaired. It took 6 weeks and multiple times reaching out to the company to get finally the light back. Every time I called, I was told that it would be send back this week, then next week… I received it incorrectly packed and missing the remote. I have wrote to the customer service but they neither provided me with an answer or refund me the return sending back fees as stipulated by their website yet. If everything goes well with your order, your experience will be good but if anything goes wrong with one of their product, the strategy seems to avoid any customer communication. Unfortunately, this is pretty frustrating.

Xiaomi Premium Service none existing!
Here we go:
I have been un-official Xiaomi Ambassadeur in my country since we even had Xiaomi physical stores over here.
I made so many people acquainted with the Xiaomi brand in my area, that advertising here isen't even neccesary anymore.
Why? Because I really, really like their products. I ordered Xiaomi phones for all our new employees and business relations. One was because their products are great and two because they offered a same kind of premium service like Samsung does, atleast I thought....
Just type into Google (everyone) Xiaomi Premium Service. 1. A full phone replacement instead of repair when you have any hardware defects and you register the phone directly after purchase (from Xiaomi directly or official partner)
2. A one time free screen replacement (like Samsung) when you drop your phone by accident and that during the entire duration of your standard warranty if you once again bought it straight from Xiaomi or from An official partner.
I ordered over 50+ phones in my time and none of them had any hardware issues, besides a few software glitches and that's it. So that sounds great right? Until you have to claim one of the two above official policies, called: Xiaomi Premium Service! They literally advertise with it on every official Xiaomi website, no matter where you live, and the are also very proud to communicate this to the biggest Phone Review websites in the world.
Here it comes, we had a Xiaomi Mi10 that accidentaly fell and had a broken screen, when you are a customer of Samsung you just call them and a courier picks it up, no matter where you are. Are you in the park, at lunch, at the office no problem. This is a promise that Samsung makes and keeps. Xiaomi on the other hand, who just became the biggest smart phone brand in the EU communicates a same kind of warranty, but 90% of every customer service agent I spook with had no clue I was talking about! It doesn't matter if you have HP (computers) Premium service or Samsung, if something has happened you call them and they try to help you as fast as possible and tell you how sorry the feel for you that this has happened. Next businessday solved.
Now Xiaomi: I chatted, called, waited for a reply in email form, replied, filled in paper work, sent over images, filled in more paper work, answered questions how I use my phone (do you use the original charger) (do you not throw your phone?)....
Then I got a reply sorry you IMEI bounced, I linked them the premium service page where my own specific phone was listed. I got a reply: sorry we don't offer extra warrant contact your seller. So I linked them 6+ Xiaomi Premium Service websites all about the premium service and how it should work. I got An reply: I understand you now, please take this to Xiaomi global and let them find out what is going wrong, because I think you are right! Xiaomi global: we are going to help you and escalate this to after-sales team, we Will get this resolved, 5 weeks later, 50 mails later and never got a reply from after-sales, not even a automated message.
50+ mails and 7 weeks later, and after sending my official Invoice, other documents, images, linked websites about the premium service and everything else in 50 mails! The last replies I got from Xiaomi global are: Hi we don't offer such warranty. "Are you for real why do you think we started this entire email conversation to begin with"!. I literally had to sent everything for proof again. They told me they would escalate it to their superiors. 7 weeks later I didn't hear anything from them either, not single thing. Not even sorry you have to pay a fee eventhough are policies say different!
Another reply: Hi we really do everything to help you, blah, blah, blah copy paste and then: sorry your phone has been damaged and our warranty doesnt cover that. I don't want to claim warranty I never did!!!!
3. We know you are waiting on a after-sales reply for 5+ weeks now, but you can always get in contact with after sales youself....
I AM not giving up, I don't even care about my phone, screen, or Xiaomi anymore. When we can we will switch back to Samsung. From Friends, family members and even strangers I will never, ever dat anything postive about Xiaomi ever again.
If you write a policy and actively advertise with it, so that managers and CEO swap to your brand for the whole package then be the brand you are trying to sale to the world!
1. Xiaomi employees don't know their own company policies
2. After 50 mails still no customer relation manager to been seen.
3. I worked with customer support agents and from HP to Dell and From Samsung to Apple and from Oppo to Huawei I never, ever seen such a no show when it comes to support and after-sales in my entire life then what I see at Xiaomi.
And then quickly removing (after 7 weeks) the premium service listing for my model on the NL Xiaomi website. Sad!

Bought a vacuum robot mop p. Worked for one year without problems. Now got much louder and stinks like burned cables. Sent already two times for repair, but getting it all the time back saying they tested it and it's all fine!? Would not recommend buying from them, and was my first and last time with them
