Sizing is terrible, even using their sizing chart the items I ordered were too small and the sleeve lengths were more suited to a child. One of the two items I ordered didn't match the on-line image. I requested a return and was told shipping back to China is expensive so they offered a partial refund and to keep the items...which don't fit. If I'd known about returns to China I wouldn't have ordered at all. The items delivered weren't anything special either. Lesson learned, never again.

I ordered a Heavy Work Vintage Michigan work wear jacket from XHery.com It arrived with torn lining and the stitching was coming out at several locations. I contacted service @ xhery with pictures of the defective jacket I received requesting authorization for returning it for full refund. They responded offering me $34 on a $105.05 purchase telling me that I could keep the jacket but if I wanted a full refund I would need to pay for shipping to return it to China. I originally paid $8.24 for shipping and per the shipping label it was delivered to me from a location 300km away so I requested the opportunity to return it the the location it was shipped from that is consistent with $8.34 shipping cost. Furthermore per their return policy "customers are not responsible for return costs of a defective item". My request for return for full authorization (despite having my pictures of the defective item they shipped me) was denied as the again offered me $34.Today in the Guardian Newspaper there is an excellent article titled" Chinese Network Behind one of the World's Largest Online Scams" . Although Xhery is not explicitly named in the article my experience with Xhery. is consistent with the scams described in the article. I'm writing this review to caution others and encourage them to seek out the guardian article and judge for themselves if my experience with xhery, is a scam or not.

The clothes were of good quality and excellent service. Will order again.

I got the wrong size. Their customer service responded very soon and re-ship a new one to me. Awesome Customer Service.
