I have used X fix repairs for five years now. Although I don’t live in Middlesbrough, it’s worth the 13 mile route journey to get things fixed there. I’ve had phones repaired which other so called repairers had written off as well as SSD hard drive conversions to a MacBook as well as backs replaced on iPhones. They are extremely and experienced. A professional set up. Repairs are carried out very speedily and the prices are fair. I would definitely recommend their services 100%.

I took one of my old PS5 controllers to Xfix Middlesbrough for repair. I was originally quoted £40, which I already thought was a bit overpriced, but I agreed anyway. After a couple of days with no progress, I was called and told that parts had to be ordered, and the price would go up by another £20 – making the total £60.
This is a complete rip-off, especially considering that the very website I originally bought the controller from offers the same repair service for £30. The only reason I went to Xfix was to avoid the shipping time etc.
I would not recommend Xfix Middlesbrough – unprofessional, overpriced, and a waste of time also very rude when I was trying to be polite.

Xfix provided exceptional service. My son's Nintendo Switch Lite, with a damaged charging port, was repaired at a very competitive price. A courteous and confident engineer confirmed the repair was possible, and the device was returned within days. The service was outstanding, and I will certainly use Xfix again. Thank you.

Very fast and reliable company. I’m in Middlesbrough for work, last week I got messed around by a phone shop in my local area. They messed around all week and didn’t even fix my phone.
