Xero is a small company that makes minimalist shoes and sandals. I find that their products work well on my feet, and they have been durable. I am always pleased with their customer service and shipping policies. Thus far, I have two pairs of Xero sneakers and one pair of sandals, and am totally happy with my purchases.

Easy returned fits as if im Cinderella.

One of the shoes I received last Friday is dented at the toe, as if a circle has been punched into it. I immediately e-mailed to the support address, but have not received a response yet. Chat messages on the website are also not answered. When I indicate on the website that I want to exchange the shoes I ordered on May 7, the website indicates that this is no longer possible because the 45-day period has expired. It is May 20. Cuckoo!
So now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that I cannot wear and cannot return, because then I have to pay for the shipping and I also do not trust the company anymore.

I have been a Xero shoes customer for 5 years. I have many pairs. I am a lady with wide hard to fit feet with bone spurs, and these shoes solve a lot of problems. Sometimes I use the men's models. These are all very well made. I have many miles on some of them (literally). Some of them are quite cute, and they all look the very opposite of a "support" shoe or something (ack) orthopedic. I have returned and exchanged a few pairs, and they are super helpful about that. Love this company.

Since I started wearing Xero Shoes I have not had my aches and pains on my ankles, knees and hips when I went on my long hikes. Got 7 pairs already and the family of Xero Shoes keeps growing.

This company makes nice looking and useful footwear for the masses that is priced just right.

Yea, If you had a better return policy I could, but due to your return policies, I cannot. So, try to me more customer-focused instead of money-focused, which I understand you're trying for a third vacation home, But you could also not sell shoes that are so hard they are unwearable. I now see why they are on sale, they are garbage.

I placed an order with Xero Shoes UK on 30 April (Order #6153565) and paid £106 including shipping. As of 12 May, the parcel still hasn’t been received by the courier (DPD), and I’ve had no meaningful update.

I contacted Xero Shoes but only received an unhelpful AI-generated reply, and no follow-up from an actual customer service representative. There was no mention of any extended lead time when I ordered, so I reasonably expected the shoes to have arrived by now.

Really disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency. I’ve now had to contact my bank to raise a chargeback. I had high hopes for this company, but the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

Update as of 15 May, the retailer has refunded my money or fulfilled the order. Despite having replied here, they have been completely unresponsive to my emails.

The first pair I ordered didn't fit right, and Xero was very efficient with the return and very helpful with recommending a better shoe fit for me

I should have gotten them sooner! I love my Xero sneakers. I thought it would take some time to get used to them - I was wrong! They are so comfortable! They look great and feel great! Do yourself and your feet a favor and get these - you wont be sorry!

I have been a barefoot girl my whole 75 years of life. This is the first shoe that makes me feel like I have come home. I hike three or four miles of forest trails daily and The Z Trail sandal is a dream come true. Thank you. I have gone from not wanting to put shoes on to not needing to take them off. If you are on the fence about buying these, just jump! You won’t regret it.

Great minimalist Shoes a lot of different models, looking good while feeling good. Been wearing Xeroes as everyday shoes as well as for marathon training. Big big fan here !!!

I absolutely love my Xero shoes! I got the white Dillon leather for women in size 6.5. Quality materials, super comfy, and stylish look for home or office.

Great shoes and fast shipping. Shoes fit well and are well made. My feet don’t hurt after a run or an 8 hour shift on my feet.

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I love them so much, I bought another pair in a different color. I’m sure I will be buying more of this brand. The price is very reasonable also.

I bought these shoes specifically for my trip to Italy, I wanted to wear a cute but comfortable shoe when going out for dinner. I did not need to break these shoes in at all and were so comfortable even with walking several miles on cobblestone streets and sidewalks. I really want another pair! The only down side is the shipping cost.

What made my experience so memorable as I’ve dealt with foot pain for years planner fasciitis numbness in my toes and recently was diagnosed with flat foot. I’ve lost my arch. I used to wear sketchers for years and they seem to help until the flat foot problem they actually made my pain worse so I researched shoes for flat foot and came across their website. I ordered a pair of shoes and also ordered to list compression socks specifically for plantar fasciitis and numbness between the shoes and the socks. I’m now pain-free and it’s just amazing. I just ordered a pair of boots and I’m waiting for them to get here. I can honestly say that these shoes changed my life.
The ordering process was easy. I actually called the company and actually got a human that helped me decide which you would be best for me. I have to say that this company goes above and beyond anything that I’ve ever experienced. They’re really a great group of people.

Always quick shipment and quality products. The one time I ordered the wrong size the return process was also quick and easy.

Wow, unreal! Having a wide toe box on a basketball shoe is game changing..thank you xero for stepping up and being the first to make a barefoot minimal basketball shoe..I just wish I had these growing up!
