I placed an order for one of their products with a specific color. I received an email stating the product was ready to be shipped but didn't hear anything else about my order. I received the product today but in the wrong color. I don't see a website or link where I can complain and have them send the product I actually ordered and paid for.
I was robbed. This site is a Joke.
I can't believe how I trusted...

1. No contact from supplier after placing order and receiving order confirmation other than marketing emails.
2. Complete lack of response to emails, phone calls and IM
3. No order tracking
4. No shipment tracking
5. Number of weeks go by and still nothing
6. I contacted PayPal and raised a claim
7. Xeroly sent PayPal (still nothing to me) a tracking ID
8. More time passed - checked tracking - a month on and looks like Shipment still somewhere in China!
9. Had to phone PayPal and get refund issued
10. Xeroly website has an American Customer Services number - I get through to voicemail, needless to say no once calls back
11. The website also states that there is order tracking, but no links are provided
12. Basically my recommendation is not to waste your time and risk your money.

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered a 3d lamp from this company and never received it. After repeated attempts to contact the company there was no response. Their customer service line is also out of service. They delete any negative reviews on facebook and never post the negative reviews of their products on their website. Buyer beware. Sadly this company is a scam.

Was given misleading information about a discount to encourage purchase of a second heads-up display, and no summary of purchase screen showed to review before my order was submitted, in which case I would have known that the additional discount was off the full price, not the promotional price I was paying for the first HUD. They have not responded to two emails, nor a phone call. Do NOT order anything from this company.
i paid one but thy take ammout for two even its month i have not recive my cash back and not even i product . i will going to sue this company soon . wait and watch .

I received my Ultimate 836 Angle-izer DIY Template Tool in a shipping envelope, in an opened plastic baggie with parts in and out of the bag.
No instructions, no "thanks" and their "contact" link didn't work on the sale page. I had to look up Xeroly separately. What a waste of time and money...damn!!
Check Amazon before impulse buying! They use all the tricks in the book - limited quantity, countdown clock, perceived huge discount, even a spin the wheel game to give you a further "discount" when you leave the site.
The reality is even with all these discounts you are being ripped off.

Ordered their angle finder a while ago....nothing seen and no contact....found same item on Amazon for less than £2....!!!!! Seems a repeated review!!
Order an angle finder from XEROLY well over a month ago and nothing since. They will not answer emails or facebook messages. I received no proof of postage despite several requests.. Does anyone else have a similar experience as this needs to be investigated in my opinion.
I made an order over 4 weeks ago, I have weitten three emails trying to find the condition of my order. One week ago I made an order from Russia and received the package in 5 days by regular post. Is Xeroly a scam company?
