Door meerdere medische redenen niet kunnen starten. Dit heb tijdig aangegeven. Toch hebben ze mijn onderneming op actief gezet. Ik krijg rekeningen zonder inkomsten.

Lamentable !!! Aucune communication, aucune proactivité, aucun courrier ou mail pour prévenir d'un souci, menaces directes de leur part, c'est très désagréable. Si vous avez souscrit pour cette caisse, allez régulièrement dans "My Xerius" pour détecter les problèmes à temps (avant majorations,...), eux ils s'en fichent complètement. A fuir dès que possible

Ze kunnen niet eens reageren.
Met Xerius beginnen is gemakkelijk, maar enige verdere correspondentie is uitgesloten. Als je problemen hebt helpen ze niet. (ookal is het hun probleem)

Slechte ervaring met Xerius.
Onterecht het statuut zelfstandige in hoofdberoep gekregen, pas veel later achtergekomen, met alle gevolgen van dien. Reeds 3 maal gevraagd om mijn btw-nummer stop te zetten, maar nog steeds niet gebeurd. Walgelijk.
Toxisch bedrijf, toxisch leiderschap, proberen je vanalle extra producten en diensten aan te smeren om hun winst te vergroten, niet niet ten voordele van de klant. Daarbovenop slecht voor hun werknemers, blijf er weg!!!!
