Exceptional Technical Support
I had a niche hardware issue with a versalink C500 printer, for which I was able to consult with Paul and figure out a workaround and get the part I needed shipped rapidly so I could install it. The attention and support they gave for a one-off customer (I am based in the US, rather than the IK) was exceptional, and if I lived on the other side of the pond, they would be my go-to. I was able to solve my issue for around $USD 130, rather than a probably $600+ consult with xerox's direct support

I ordered a NVM battery (tiny chip…
I ordered a NVM battery (tiny chip thing for pcb) for our Zerox 7556 - the printer wouldn't work properly with out it. I received the NVM withing in days fitted it and it works perfectly. £20 fix all in. Perfect without companies like this where would we be. Top class service and price.
