This site is a complete joke. They swipe coins from my account without reason, and when I opened a ticket with them, the answer was that I need to provide a lot of stuff they don't even show anymore in my account. They can see my assets, and the day they stole my different coins in my account. I am not the only one. I was using this site to keep some of my mined coins and other coins that I obtained on the platform, and now I have only cents in my account. it is sad that they verify your account and have your personal information in their control, and on top of that they rob your money. They do have all the records and the open orders that people have with them, so why if they were making money using us they decide to rob clients like this. I hope they can return all the money robed from clients I sent request about my account and they responded with other type of awnsers that don't address the concern. I hope people together we can fight this scammers and get our money back.

Almost 3 months after the "hack" I still wait for my coins, token, and ALL USDT that was steal.
You open a tikect, they tell you shit... and wait.... yeah !!! THAT OUR MONEY !!!!!! GIVE IT BACK !!!!!
This exchange have to be banned !!!

All my crypto hold in Xeggex has been stolen by company.
Firstly they stolen my BTC with some bullshit explanations than blocked access to my account with rest of coins.
Keep in my mind names of individuals involved in that "business" and avoid them in future.

After their "hack" they claimed all was well and they would recover your account. Tried twice-denied both times. Glad I had only a little in there, but it a terrible business that steals from its customers and lies about it.

Eventually, you will lose everything you have in their system. Do NOT use Xeggex. This is coming from an 9 crypto year trader and miner. Only started using them last year to get some old coins like Karbo and Pepe(pep),but put them into wallets on my own pc, everything else left on their platform was eventually stolen by them and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Yeah now they put up some kind of portal where you can get back in none of my information has changed I passed their kyc I gave them exported addresses imported addresses the crypto I have I've done it twice and now I've got an email saying that they reject my information nothing has changed since I started with them again I gave them everything they needed it's total bullshit what they're doing

They stated they would have been hacked. Now it seems they closed all user accounts and disappeared with the money of their users.
After their 'hack' they appeased users, telling them the funds would be safe and they would start an 'account recovery tool'.
Since then you hear nothing from 'em any more.

It is a scam, from the lack of informative news to the deletion of your help tickets.
They are completely full of shit.

Xeggex suffered a hack and user funds are frozen. Many can’t get into their accounts including me for weeks now. They exit scammed us.

Claimed a hack on Feb 3 2025 and then stole crypto from all customers with coins they held. Do not trust total scam.

No notifications ever, no updates if they will be back, xeggex must have taken everyone's money and ran.

Wasn't too upset when they got hacked but the way they are handling this are ridiculous! they barely keep people posted then censor people who talks bad about them because they are saying things that aren't true (Hopefully) Majority of those people are saying this because of the ridiculous lack of communication you have to the community.

Karl got hacked. The exchange has been shut down for a couple days. I've only been using them for a month BUT it has been positive. Support got back to me and I got my WIF back. I also mine several altcoins to the exchange I hope they come back. All in all lost 80 bucks. 5 stars for ease of use and I hope they get this mess sorted out. (Yes even though I can't log in and lost funds STILL 5 STARS.) edit: it's been 10 days and still no funds, 4 Stars. Customer service is replying, saying my email is one of the ones they "lost" and they are working on a recovery method. Edit: customer service asked for a deposit address. I gave it to them and they STILL haven't restored my account. They referred me to open another service ticket. This is unacceptable. 1 STAR. BEWARE SCAM SCAM SCAM

I tried "Forgot your password", I didn't receive any email

All the other exchanges I trade with, I can login just fine. Xeggex isn't fine...
