I bought one of these drones it arrived faulty could not get a refund and after many emails the offered a replacement so now i have TWO bits of junk .iits a scam dont buy from this firm.

I was tempted to buy due very low price and believable advertising. Thank God that I googled it before and so the rubbish ratings and experience of others on trust pilot. You have saved me from a loss. I hope you get some of your money back.

The XDrone is a cheap plastic miniature drone that is unlikely to perform to expectations. I had high expectations of it and was looking forward to its arrival.
Delivery took 6 weeks
What arrived was a barely functioning toy with really poor video quality and an instruction manual that is totally incomprehensible

Awful product and service. I bought this in a rush from a Company called YourHomeShop.net having been directed there from the official XDroneHD website. The product eventually arrived and did not work at all. It did not fly or even take off on auto mode. It made a screeching noise from the first attempt. Eventually a blade motor stopped entirely. I was forced to ship it back with tracking, strangely to China, even though I purchased it from the Canadian website. The shipping cost almost as much as the drone and they wont even pay for this! It's a complete CON - STAY AWAY!

Sure glad I paused to check for any reviews on XDroneHD as I was real close to buying one. Thanks to all of you who took the time to review this scam product. Lots of red flags when you start looking closer. Cheers to you all and thanks. Should be a way of shutting down scammer sites and products like this.

I bought this and realised that I'd been scammed all the stuff about it being indestructable and that it's a technological first and that employees got the sack because it was so good. I bought it and tried to fly it and its UNFLYABLE please please PLEASE dont believe the adverts it's not true. Iv tried desperately to get my money back but I get no replys to my messages and I feel like iv been stolen from. The drone doesn't have ANY of the features that it says on the advert NOT ONE. This is a scam it's a rebranded childs toy made to look like a DJI product but it's nothing like it. I am a seasoned drone pilot and thought I'd try it believing the advert and watching a man being pulled on skis I thought wow! What a fool I feel. They run YouTube campaigns and then run off with your money. Iv tried to claim from PayPal but in a Frank email PayPal said the have "practices to avoid automatic refund" I took this to mean iv got no chance

Was just about to order via Paypal then did a quick Google search. Like others I found Trustpilot. The same red flags popped up. Glad I didn't order. YouTube will take their money from advertising and don't care about the us guys losing OUR money. YouTube is a piece of $**T!!

I bought this X drone HD as it was advertised by a photographer on the YouTube channel and how wrong I was to take the recommendation.

I bought it as a gift and it arrived after 3 weeks. Came in a unbranded cushion box with an instruction manual which was really strange.

With the first flight it took off and crashed straight away and I was unable to control it at all, with the second attempt it wouldn't take off at all and propellers kept spinning.

I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund, they gave me a private address in China to return the product at my own expense which would be about £40 to send the box back with the tracking service.

This is a total scam and I would not recommend anyone to buy as you will find yourself in the same situation.

I bought one on 2019. So stupid i was. Even delivery wasn't free. It's real crap. No gps, so not stable. Hard to control. The small wind threw it in the trees. Crap

During the ad on youtube, they say they don't spend a dollar on marketing...

Well, how did they produce and get the ad on youtube without spending a dollar?

Absolute Junk! The thing flies ok, but the phone app does not work, hence no camera!

This Xdronehd.com Youtube ad is a SCAM!!! Here in Norway the drone is invented by the "Drone expert Kjell Skogstrand", that person doesn´t exist. Neither does this drone make. You can buy same drone @ any chinese webshop for really cheap, and it´s rea!ly bad!

Good to see so many bad reviews. Sad to see some people actually bought this. The youtube advert is so full of red scammer-flags, Youtube should actually be sued for showing it.

I was fortunate that I paid via Paypal and have buyer protection. I raised a dispute and Paypal ruled in my favor. This merchant avoided to provide any helpful information on their "money back guarantee". The emails from them have no contact details. The drone is one of the cheapest I have seen you can call it a toy. You would not even pay $20 for this.

Only marketing is excellent. Cheap piece of plastic with crappy software. Do not waste your money on xDrone HD.

unfortunately i never checked trustpilot before i ordered this piece of junk.
£79.99 i will never see again.i checked the company and found a never ending past of fake deals,fake phone numbers and companies,all combined together.one gets found and another starts,why are you tube not being held responsible for peoples money refunds,they have had plenty of complaints about these companies and the phone numbers they use.STAY CLEAR ....
