Concert booking

Took out insurance for concert booking. Didn't think I would need it. Due to a medical problem which resulted in surgery, I was unable to attend the concert. I provided medical evidence with my claim, it was approved within 24 hrs and ticket cost was refunded swiftly.

I had 2 issues

I had 2 issues; 1) you have to make sure the file is on the device and not in a shared folder, for example a Google drive, 2) It should be acceptable to enter a date prior to 5/4.. People's bodies heal at different rates, especially the elderly or those who are handicapped like me.

Very disappointing experience with this…

Very disappointing experience with this travel insurance service.

It has now been more than one month since I opened my request (reference number: 6946086) and provided all the documents they asked for. Despite this, nobody seriously took care of my case and I still have not received any real assistance.

According to the travel insurance coverage linked to my payment card, I should normally benefit from protection in case of trip cancellation due to health issues. However, until today, I have received neither proper support nor any refund as promised by their policy.

Communication has been slow, confusing, and highly unprofessional. I was repeatedly asked for documents that were either already provided or not even applicable to my situation.

Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage consumers to consider other insurance providers that offer clearer procedures, faster assistance, and more professional customer support.
