I was leery of this set up at first however, when my packages arrived, one of the safety seals was gone the bottle of supplements had been opened. I immediately reached out emailed did everything I can do for my aunt and Aurora with Trustpilot reached out to me, took over the case and within a week she let me know that that the company was going to now issue me a cash refund. I said I’d rather just have another bottle untainted opened steel sealed sent to me. She reached out to him took care of it. Emailed me the next day and let me know that that’s what was happening so I was very surprised but glad that the service was available.
Miss delivery
Once my package was missed delivered I contacted support and the agent that helped me was Feige. Feige assisted, gave solutions, and communicated to me throughout the process of having my canoly delivered correctly to me. Once I received the juicer Feige made sure I was satisfied.

Bad Shipping Experience Turned Into a Great Customer Service Experience Thanks to Feige
I purchased Xcotton shipping insurance when buying a LiFePO4 battery, and unfortunately both the package and the battery casing were damaged during transit. I expected the claims process to be lengthy and involve a lot of back-and-forth, but that was not the case at all.
After I submitted the claim and sent a follow-up email asking about the next steps, Feige from customer support responded very quickly. She was helpful, polite, professional, and efficient throughout the process, and made the whole experience much easier than I had expected.
This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I have had thanks to Feige.
