I had a worst experience with xcite, I am suggesting all not to prefer xcite to purchase anything.Even the super markets like lulu and grandhyper has return & exchange policy within the given time period on the purchase of any product. I have taken watch from the showroom, there is no display in the showroom and the salesman is not permitted to open the item.after reaching the home we found the colour of the product is not same as shown on the website. We visted the nearest team for exchange. They have refused to do it because the box was opened. My question is without opening the box how can we check it.no display, not ready to open the box and show to the customer. Very worst policy and worst experience..unfortunately customer service can't help,sales team can't help.

This is a SCAM. Twice it happened that I Bought online and I received a damaged article. Customer care is very rude. The guy who spoke to me over 1803535 on 23rd March 2025 between 5 pm and 5 30 pm was very rude and did not cooperate to give me a solution. Once you ask for the refund, you keep passing the ball from table to table and never contact. Ridiculous. The WhatsApp for this facility is a vague one, and you get only an answer for all your queries—YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TOMORROW. I hope the top management does something about it.

BIZARRE!!!!!. they have an official website to enroll you. once you register with your whatsapp number, the person holding a weird +20 country code number will contact you and then pass it to someone with uae contact number. now this second person will contact you and send bunch of instructions to follow. in the beginning you will think it's easy. it's just 38 reviews per day and once completed you can collect your allocated commissions. but hold on. once you have completed about 20+ then a window pops up that tells you, you need to refill from your account about 328 aed or more to complete a premium review and end of the day once all 38 is completed, you can collect it all back. what a SCAM!!!!!. how do these people run such scams so openly in the UAE??? dont fall for it.
Excite- More about Money than Service
Installation Technicians/Call Centre- 20Nov24. Bought a dryer/washer combo online. The filter valve that was installed was most probably used or faulty. Laundry flooded - installation and repairs non existent.
I contacted the call center more than ten times by now. On the day Call centre person told me to close the water stopper and to contact the driver to ask them to come back.
Just imagine the audacity after purchasing the items and being an avid customer of Excite Electronics for 20years, I had to do the job of the call centre to contact the driver, and also now the job of a plumber.
When contacting the driver/technician, all he said was via text, tomorrow inshallah I will bring good one. No sorry or what happened.
Ten days later..JOB INCOMPLETE!!
After this incident, alI I can say; Alghanim Management I am sure that you are, but please try to improve the technical, personal and people's skills of your staff. More honest, reliable, friendlier, flexible and professional staff needed.

I bought from Xcite Alghanim an Apple laptop with x-care AAA plus for two years. The insurance includes spill protection and damage protection with 25% deductible. This issuance is nothing but a scam. It is extremely expensive and xcite will note honour the warranty. Xcite claimed that the second year covers software only. I asked Sami Behebahani ( Manager) to show me any written statement in the policy that limits the second-year protection to software only. He failed to show a proof of what he claimed and kept verbally repeating the same claim. Based on dealing with Xcite Alghanim for the past few years my advice is to avoid buying from Xcite Alghanim especially that the Kuwaiti market includes better alternatives.
Bad Delivery Service with no commitment to timelines
I ordered washing machine through Xcite application and as part of the order i have chosen delivery time and date that was supposed to be 27/08/2024 between 5PM to 9PM. no one from Xcite called to update on this info, neither delivered the item and since then i've been coordinating with the chat team on the app with No hope.

I purchased a double hot plate and it was not working as expected, so I took it back to Xcite Farwaniya branch,first I met Mr. Joakim who didn't even want to listen to my issue just telling me I can go and leave the item and come back tomorrow or in the evening while walking away and also stating that he is tired he wants to go home and sleep, I sat there waiting for another manager to come for an hour , only for him to come and gave me a deaf ear Mr.Reda Kheder!!

Worst experience ever. Shame on customer service at excite for disrespecting customers just because of skin color. So racist! The lady there and joakim are so disgusting. I will never go back there. They sold us a a hot plate that was totally no working and returning it they said they won’t refund or give anything. We left the product for them this is after 2 hours of waiting to be served.
