Xceptional Escapes organised a week's vacation in Toronto and Chicago, so time was limited. We worried about the tight airline connections; but in the event everything went seamlessly. The hotels arranged were both high quality and good value. Xceptional Escapes organised several local tours for us - food tours in both locations; Niagara Falls; and a Gangster Tour in Chicago. They were all excellent. We had made some adjustments between initially booking and going away, and Xceptional Escapes changed the arrangements without fuss. We had an excellent holiday, and have already booked a further long-haul week's break through them for July.
