We had a wonderful experience until my daughter accidentally left a bag on the bus containing 3 brand new swimsuits and 3 pairs of water shoes. We were the last hotel to be dropped off before the end of the shift. I called immediately to see if the bag could be returned before we left Mexico and everybody denies finding the bag. Even our hotel concierge told us that the items were probably kept or sold.
