One of the few brokers I have found with reliable customer helpdesk service. It was strange at first to see that they use messenger but I was glad it has been working smoothly. Chatting with the helpdesk is not hard because it is usually fast and smooth.

They provide innovative withdrawal methods using cryptocurrencies. I also found their pricing system low with free deposit and wthdrawal and crypto conversion not necessary. Trading commission is normal at $7 for every full 1 lot traded but the spreads are extremely tight. I will continue to trade here

No restriction to the use of my expert advisor. I understand that some types of ea does not work on some brokers platform or the ea might be limited in its functions and flexibility. I have not experienced such so far. The ea triggers my trades when it should and sets the appropriate stop loss and take profit based on my automations. It work properly and correctly

The spread for the ECN account is tigt and it is very useful in news scalping. I used to use a broker that increased spread so much during new trading periods, such is minimal with xbtfx and I get to make meaningful profit at the slightest market move
