Helpful and fast
Ximena was super helpful with onboarding and helped resolve an issue quickly when it came up. Xapo Bank made it possible for me to pay college fees without selling bitcoin.

Up to now good experience. Transferred money to UK with very cheap fee, app is friendly to use, customer assistance worked efficiently a couple of time I needed help. Cards were delivered really fast. Overall enjoy the service

Some transactions do not arrive, and some transactions arrive and are returned to their owners, despite my contacting support and providing information. This happened. I don't know if it's worth paying $1000 for a subscription.

Great bank! I love the user-friendly app, their limited bitcoin focus, the way they communicate but most of all all their products (bitcoin backed loans, savings account and deep storage vault). Really happy about my recent choice to trust them.

High Entry Cost for Standard Features
My experience with ShapoBank has been positive overall — the app works smoothly and the service is reliable. However, I don’t believe the value justifies the $1,000 required to open an account. There are other platforms offering similar returns and features at a much lower entry cost. Great service, but not worth the premium price.
