I had made several purchases for my…

I had made several purchases for my wife's upcoming 50th birthday. The items were delivered the very next morning. The big day came and she was totally overjoyed and delighted, we ended up in a French restaurant that evening, and as i sat across the table i noticed one of the earing's was now missing.
She felt awful.We both did.
I told her no worries, i will get Mr.Yusuf on the case.

The customer service we received was second to none.
Full communication all the way through and another pair of earrings, and now a matching ring were with us the very next day. She was happy before, but now at the next level.
This companies ethos is so refreshing and they deserve the utmost success.
Thankyou again Mr.Yusuf
