Disorganized and Poorly Run

How many people from the SAME company will call you to verify the SAME information? The answer is three. Three people who all though they were the only one doing it. Jimmy Cunningham...shame ON YOU. You were the first and I provided all the information you asked for -- emailed it to you...and YOU did NOTHING with the information and then took the next few days off forcing other people to call me for the exact same reason. Ellisen -- when you finally got it done, you should have communicated to me that your company had done what was needed. Instead, I had to contact YOU again. Poorly run company. Poorly managed. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.
