Customer service ignoring messages
I'm sure that many people have a great experience with X2O. This is probably related to situation when everything goes well. However, if you come in situation that you need answer from customer support, you will not get it. 3 weeks of ignoring my request. I assume that I received a faulty product. I reported this and support doesn’t care to help out.

Excellent experience
Had an excellent experience purchasing items for renovating my bathroom at X2O. I visited twice and every time, despite being very busy, the staff available helped me and guided me answering in detail to all my questions. The products look very beautiful and at great prices, compared to their competitors.
Kudos to them also for selling their products to the same exact price both the private customers and plumbers /construction companies, unlikely what their competitors do ( presenting products at much higher prices to private people but then selling the same with hidden discount to plumbers, so plumbers get their hidden bribe). Chapeau to X20 for their transparency and honesty.
Just a little advice : you may want to present all your shower panels (panneaux muraux) as little samples (10x 10cm,for example) as it is not possible to display them all in your showroom, but it is important for a customer to see in reality and touch them.

Good products, excellent service
I've purchased all of my bathroom equipment here and the quality of the products is great, but the service is even better. I had to make an adjustment to our shower head which required some extra parts and the showroom in Bruges sent them to me free of charge the next business day!
