I just had very bad experience with them. I bought the business package, after checking on the refund policy website that they offer 14 day money back guarantee.
FORGET!
I used the software once to scrape post on facebook page for custom lookalike, and when i checked the email and results of the lookalike, it was all TRASH!
I kindly went to the live support that is not that live at all lol I kindly asked for refund, since it was just few days, and i only used the software once. The support said that business package is non refundable. I said that following the law, it should be clearlly written on the website. They said it is not true! and that I should ask.. why ask when the refund policy clearly says that the product is 100% money back guarantee within 14 days. I said that if they dont provide refund, I will open a case in PayPal. Vicky from the suppport instantly closed my account, and said that I will not win the case and that I can forget about access to the software. Now case is escalaged to the paypal, hopefully they will help.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS! Comments are filtered on the facebook group, lots of fake positive reviews! People only complain about the support and the software. Check all reviews before you lose your money!

i tried lot of softwares like facebook audience blaster and others that scrap data from facebook pages/groups/posts.

when i tried x2emails (package business) i got unbelievable results and specially in my request is converting UIDs people interested in my products to Emails that was so fantastic is % of converting is for me from 30% and more but in facebook audience blaster is from 1% to 5%

that's why i recommend business package because it's so worth it and what included in this package you'll never see in any other software because i tried all softwares in the net but x2emails is the best software to scrap data from facebook.

I originally gave this company a low review, but during the refund request process they were able to communicate the issues to me.

The short version is that this is a great product, but it's not run by a large corporation like Facebook that can give constant, 24/7 attention to updates, chat support, etc.

They're growing and doing the best they can. Will there be occasional hiccups? Yes.

Is it still a phenomenal product? Absolutely.

In the end, it's 100% worth the price.

P.S. When I originally requested a refund they did not try to fight me on it at all. Fortunately we were able to come to an understanding and I am currently using their product and it's doing everything I need.

It's the only working tool for safe data scraping on facebook currently. Although they undertake few upgrades but they always come back with a great tool to make the tool easy to use and it's highly effective. I totally recommend it any day
