I ordered a black shoes

I ordered a black shoes, but they have sent me burgundy. I mailed them about how to return and change, but no answer for two days, so i called them. A lot of hassle, I have to print the retur skjema and have it delivered to post again and again wait for the right shoes i have ordered. I am very much unsatisfied.

Sometimes people do mistakes, and in this case we packed the wrong color of your shoes, and we are very sorry. About the returskjema, we do offer to send it to you aswell, but this takes longer time.
