3 stars might be a bit generous because this site seems very very expensive compared to MG Titan for the same products. Even after around a 50% discount. Always shop around.

I bought some weathershields from this company which unfortunately didn’t fit as advertised. After contacting the store they were very helpful in guiding me to solve my problem and even offered a partial refund for the hassle. Their communication was prompt and professional. Pity more stores don’t do the same!

No purchase ever arrived. Terrible customer service that fobbed me off. Took my money but did not send product.

⭐️ 0/10 – Extremely Poor Quality & Even Worse Customer Service

I recently purchased a rear boot liner from this business, and the entire experience from delivery to attempted refund has been nothing short of frustrating.

The product arrived folded into quarters, which immediately caused visible damage. The centre of the mat showed the classic white stress mark you get when material has been bent and stretched beyond what it should be. Anyone who has seen this before knows it’s only a matter of time before it cracks or tears. The corners were also misshapen and nothing like the images advertised.

When I contacted the business, their response was to blame their “shipping size limitations” and then suggest I try reshaping the corners myself with a hairdryer. Not only was this suggestion unrealistic and unprofessional it also didn’t work. I felt ridiculous even trying it, and unsurprisingly, the damage was still there.

The next challenge was trying to return the item. They refused to collect it from my doorstep, insisting I take it to the post office. I even drove to their PO Box location in Bayswater hoping for a simple face-to-face exchange, only to be told that wasn’t allowed either. Every step of the process felt like they were making things as difficult as possible.

I made it clear that the customer service had already been disappointing, and when I finally requested a refund, they still refused to make the return process reasonable. Buying the product was a headache. Trying to fix the product was a headache. And attempting to return the product was just as bad.

Between the poor product quality and the complete lack of customer care, I honestly cannot recommend this business to anyone. Their online policies and procedures fail customers at every stage from purchase, to support, to refund.

Great product, exceeded expectations!

Order an item over 3 weeks ago and still not delivered. Still sitting in Post Office waiting to be shipped since 30/10. Now making excuses saying because of black friday.

What a great company!
Due to my error in not updating the delivery address the delivery went to a wrong address and would be returned to sender.
X-car said that they would forward it to me at my current address as soon as they received it. After waiting and not getting it X-car said that they would immediately send me a new one although they had not received the returned item! Goods received!!

⭐️ 1 Star – Terrible Product and Rude Customer Service!

I wish I could give X-Car zero stars! I bought weather shields for my new GWM Cannon 2025 and after just a few days, one of them literally flew off while I was driving! The rest were useless, so I threw them in the bin.

I sent them photos and asked for a refund, not a replacement, because the product clearly doesn’t fit the new model. But instead of helping, they kept trying to send me one replacement with some adhesive and kept blaming me for their faulty product.

Their customer service is a joke — no responsibility, no respect for warranty, and zero care for customers. I’ll never buy anything from X-Car again, and I highly recommend others to stay away from them too!

I ordered a boot liner with back seat protectors for a Kia Seltos. Fast delivery and I got exactly what I ordered. They fit perfectly and they look great.

Very deceptive practices.
Australian based website advertising accessories for Australian vehicles. Items I received only correctly fit LHD (left hand drive) cars, Australian cars are RHD (right hand drive)
Photos of items have clearly been flipped, item is the 100% of what is shown.
If you order a part and it fits your car, it is by pure coincidence.
Item is also pretty poor build quality.
I won’t shop with them again.

I have now ordered 3 sets of floor mats! One for me, one for my husband & one for my parent!
2 bootliners, window shades & a sun-visa & literally am so in love with it all! All so incredibly easy to Install

Floor mats & bootliner:
the boot liner & door mats make it soo easy to clean! The floor mats scoop up the sides keeping the dirt in, they fold nicely so I can tip the dirt out if I am not at home with my vacuum, they don’t slide around! I have kids & if you know you know! Slips are easy to clean because it sits there no extra work having to get the water out! They feel like I got them custom made! I love them!!! + so affordable

Window shades:
The window shades are so great! They block out so much sun & I can still have the windows down! I looked everywhere for affordable window shades & finally got my hands on some!

Sunvisa:
Again it’s like it’s custom fit to my window no suction cups they don’t actually suck, has a Velcro bit that hangs on to the mirror which I thought was handy

Overall I am extremely happy with my product have went back for more! The quality is amazing & I can’t get over how affordable it is & broken record saying this but it’s like it was custom made for my car!
I will never stop boating about this company because you’ve got me for life as a customer!

Make sure to look for the correct year model of your car & the full piece boot liner will flatten out

Sent the wrong product, a dashboard protector for a completely different car, claiming it will fit. Even after providing photo evidence of the car interior and their own website they will not provide a refund. For reference, they're trying to palm off the BYD Seal dash protector as the same product for the entirely different car BYD Sealion 7, despite their own site photos showing completely different screen protectors.

I just bought the custom-fit 3D car mats, bumper guard, and PU leather boot liner for my Mazda CX-5.

The 3D mats are so much better than the standard carpet/rubber mats and good quality too. They’re incredibly easy to clean, just need a quick vacuum or wipe and they fit really well.

The bumper guard and boot liner are stylish and great protection of the carpet. Highly recommend these products to anyone. Customer service was great too. They answered all my questions and they were delivered in a few days. I’m really happy with the entire experience.

Dash mat for 23 Ford Ranger doesn't fit, doesn't sit flat at all, looks cheap and nasty. Nothing like the photos. Satisfaction guarantee means nothing as they won't take returns

X-CAR.COM.AU are selling mats for VW Amarok 2009-2022 that do not fit, as see in many real reviews. The review on their website are FAKE!
They only offer 20% refund on product they know do not fit. Do not except this!
If you Purchase form this company and your item is not correct demanded a 100% refund including postage!

Do not buy weather Sheilds advertised for 2025 Cannon, absolute scam this company. Advertised to fit, once received they are nowhere near the correct fit AND they won't take them back. STAY away from this scamming company

I wouldn't touch this company with a 40ft barge pole now. I asked them a simple question. "What are the dimensions/width of the weathershields you are selling for my 2012 Isuzu D-Max". I gave them the exact make, model, everything to identify my vehicle, and after going back and forth with emails, they eventually couldn't even tell me what size/width the product was. I wanted to know because I have seen very narrow ones which barely cover the top of the windows, and wider/deeper ones. I don't want the narrow ones, hence the question. This useless mob couldn't even give me the simple details I asked for. Not interested in dealing with them in the future.

I purchased a dash mat for my 2025 Toyota LandCruiser Sahara from X-Car, based on their website listing that clearly stated it was compatible with this model. Unfortunately, that turned out to be incorrect—the product does not fit the 2025 model at all.

While they eventually agreed to refund the purchase, I had to cover the return shipping costs myself, which is incredibly frustrating given the mistake was due to their misleading product information. On top of that, Australia Post wouldn’t accept their original packaging due to its size, so I had to repackage the item at my own expense just to send it back.

This has been a disappointing experience from start to finish. If you're considering buying from X-Car, double-check the product details elsewhere or contact them directly before ordering. I hope they update their listings to prevent other customers from going through the same hassle.
