I checked out the product online. The information was very thorough witch helped me decide to purchase. The other thing that attracted me was that the product had a discount. I did receive a follow up call regarding my credit card approval. Steven was very helpful and courteous to complete the transaction.

Don't waste your money on this product.
I watched a commercial regarding the Xall cleaner, and I took a chance... you will too if you buy this. This is false advertising. 409 is a better cleaner than this is. Also, after I mixed it up and used the spray bottle provided, the bottle leaked very badly. This was a huge waste of my time and money.

Multi Purpose Cleaner DOES NOT WORK
This product didn’t work and the guarantee is a scam! It didn’t work on the oven or any other surface the ad states it works on. The company also falsely advertised a money back guarantee. I immediately requested a refund after trying it and was denied because the product was used. How else would any customer know if a product works if they don’t try it?! dissolved one of the tablets as instructed and was willing to send the rest back. There’s a processing fee and they only offered to repay 50% after I mentioned the BBB.I work to hard for my money and have filed a complaint!

I received the X All & tried it in my tub& in the shower. It works pretty good but I would not buy it again. I can use my comet or Ajax to do the same thing as X All & it costs a lot less than the X All. I will use what I have since it does do a pretty good cleaning job.
