Product not received

I did not receive the product after purchasing and when I tried contacting the site where I got redirected to, the email did not work and therefore had no way of contacting about getting a refund or getting my product sent again.

I have been waiting for many days without receiving the keys to claim the games. I contacted the page's support but there was no solution about the person who owes me the steam key.

They only give me the solution of writing to the page but it doesn't give any response

I bought a Discord Nitro Code for 1.44€

I bought a Discord Nitro Code for 1.44€
I should've known that something so cheap is going to be a scam, but I wanted to give it a try.
So I made a purchase via Wyrel, from a seller called Global-Codes.
After payment with my credit card, my bank immidieately sent me a notification that 1.44€ has been deducted on 16 Nov, at 19:22.

After the payment was done, the website only refreshed and that was it. No code, no order, no order ID, nothing under "My orders".
So I went to contact the seller "Global-Codes" but no reply.
Then I contacted Wyrel support and no reply for more than 24 hours.
I called my bank to stop the payment, it's the only thing I could do. I know it's only 1.44€ but still, I truly hate scammers.

Highly avoid this website at all costs! They're taking your money, but not providing the service.

Terrible experience - Avoid this scam!

I recently bought a key on Wyrel and had an awful experience. After paying, they took my money but didn’t provide the key code. I waited for over an hour with no response. Eventually, they refunded me, but not to my card like they should have. Instead, they refunded it to my Wyrel balance, which I can't even withdraw from there! To make things worse, they refunded me less than what I originally paid. This is feels like a scam. I do not recommend using Wyrel at all. Stay away if you want to avoid losing your money!

Stay Clear buying from *** kytyzovSTORE ***

I thought Wyrel was a legit company so I bought a serial through one of their online sellers called kytyzovSTORE.

I had to keep messaging the seller to send me this information and he eventually sent it over 24 hours later (not immediate as stated on his page). He was showing that he was online, so I had no reason to think otherwise. When I logged in with the serial number, my web browser immediately told me the username and password was involved in a data breach, indicating that it wassent authentic at all.

The serial number lasted about 7 days then it stopped working. The seller will not respond to my messages and Wyrel are of little help.

I've had decent service from Wyrel in the past, but I've come to the conclusion they are all scammers at heart. Buy at your own risk and don't expect to have any support from them. Whatever you do, stay clear of buying from kytyzovSTORE as he clearly scouts the internet for fake serial numbers and sells them on this platform for a 100% profit margin. When your software no longer works for you then you will not hear from him again. kytyzovSTORE is just bad news and eventually, he'll get kicked out and rejoin Wyrel again with a different username.

Update:
Wyrel took the liberty of refunding me 6 weeks after my initial complaint. Overall I would have been happier with the outcome if they had listened and intervened much sooner. I feel they only rectified the problem because I left negative feedback on Trustpilot, but they did take action which made me happy.

I eventually purchased software through a seller called Keylog, who dealt with my order instantly and very efficiently without any problems.

Two times a failure

Not only that I was scammed with getting a key from another game with the same name and no refund earlier in the past, today it hit a new low.

My purchase was randomly cancelled for no reason, AND I GOT THE MONEY BACK TO WYREL WALLET instead of my bank.

This is absolutely not acceptable. Also their support is always silent, no response, no any help whatsoever
