Used Emma at West Yorkshire Money to help me with the process of applying for a mortgage. Been a first time buyer and facing the daunting challenge of doing this having Emma to help certainly made things a lot easier and less stressful. Each process was explained clearly and Emma was really helpful with any queries or concerns I had.

A small hiccup with allocation of the solicitor however, this was due to the solicitors error. All in all a good service was received.
