Ordered 3 sweaters which took about 40 days to arrive although they charged my credit card immediately. Liked the sweaters so, perhaps foolishly, I ordered 3 tops. 36 days and multiple emails asking Zuzany to send out my order or refund my money, still nothing. Customer service response is always to be patient. I will not order from them again.
Shipping for this sweater took forever! It is cute and very soft, but runs a little big.
The sweaters arrived and looked just as pictured online. They fit larger than I would have expected. I would advise to go down one size.

I am very happy with two of the three shirts I ordered. They are comfy and vibrant - just what I was looking for! However, one of the shirts was pretty disappointing given the texture. The website's photo is deceiveing regarding the thickness of the sweater (which was essentially a printed 3/4 sleeve tee).
Zuzany is another website by the known scammers behind DressFashion and Indiefit. I placed an order in early September. After 20 days of the order not being received and no status updates, I checked my Paypal account to file a dispute. I saw the charge came from DressFashion with an Indiefit e-mail address, not Zuzany. I contacted them asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They sent one response telling me to be patient. I again asked for a cancellation and refund, and did so another 5 times. Only to be completely ignored. DO NOT order from this company!
