What made my experience truly great was, first and foremost, our wonderful instructor, Lucy Barreto. She is an exceptionally professional instructor and a great teacher. The training day was incredibly fulfilling, informative, welcoming, and hands-on. Lucy’s explanations and directions were clear, we had plenty of opportunities to practice, and she created an atmosphere that made me feel capable and confident that I could actually do this. It was an invaluable experience that only deepened my unconditional love for STRONG Nation. I was also very impressed with SYNC GO. It is smart, intuitive, and extremely helpful, especially for a new instructor like me. Everything you need is conveniently organized in one place, the interface is very user-friendly, and there is a wealth of useful information and resources. It makes starting this new journey feel much easier and less overwhelming.

A great course with a knowledgeable Master trainer. A lot of helpful preparation leading up to the course that made the in-person training all the better. The class was just challenging enough, but still fun and rewarding. I recommend trying his class, it is a well developed training offered by a very professional and motivating instructor.

I had a very positive experience with the Strong Nation program. I believe it is most beneficial when taken in person, as the interaction and engagement enhance the learning experience. I've been in this program for 8 years with the most amazing trainer in Oman, Coach Asia. I know her, and I love this program.
