Scam Alert! Never done business with this company, received EOB from Fed Blue for denied claim from Zumal Inc for $7800 of medical equipment sold on 7/28/25. Research revealed hundreds of similar types of claims submitted for people all over the US.
This company is charging BCBS for over $24,000.00 medical equipment we never received or have knowledge of. Already on BCBS radar. They can't disclose any information about what they are doing with these fraudulent claims.
