It's very simple to get cover, documents always arrive on time, the price is very competitive to be honest I don't even use the compare websites anymore I always come straight to zoomcover.

We were purchasing insurance for 2 days from Zoomcover but pressed 2 hours by mistake. Although their policy is no refunds they allowed us to purchase for the 2 days and refunded the 2 hours. Very quick and easy.

Our first review on our new Temporary Van Insurance product - thank you, we're delighted!
Takes long to appear on the MID but great otherwise.
Like that it is easy to purchase, pretty straight forward and easy to understand what you are buying.
Really dislike how long it takes to appear in the MID! Sometimes its a couple hours, another it’s 2-3 days other times it’s over 7. As far as I’m aware it’s zoomcover who needs to send the information to the MID in order for it to be updated so they should do it right away. Beside that you do get the documents right away through email.

Thanks for your review. We understand the importance to our customers of getting their policy uploaded to the MID as soon as possible - that's why we arrange for our policies to be uploaded every day.
Although we achieve this target almost every single day, on very rare occasions there is a glitch in either our policies being sent to the insurer or the insurer submitting them to MID : we've only had one such blip in the last 18 months, and unfortunately your policy fell right in the middle of it!
We're sorry about that, everything has been back up and running as it should since.
And don't forget, because we email your certificate to you as soon as you complete your booking, you're legally insured to drive from the moment your policy starts : irrespective of whether or not its on MID!
Seems like a good insurer
Seems like a good insurer. I didn't make a claim or such to give you a review of that, but they were the most competitive I found for short term cover, and their website works well. Pretty happy with the service.
They even made me a small favour which I won't go into detail to not create a precedent, but I was really happy as a result with the customer service.
Will definitely be using them again in the near future and gladly recommend to others.
