The colour of the pencil I've bought is very different from the one shown in your videos and pictures.

Im very satisfied with the problem solving Zoeva quickly provided for me when i got an issue with the delivery. Very happy with the products as well!

I already love the Products and when ordering more of the lip/cheek pencils, I messed up the order. I contacted customer service and as the order had not yet been fulfilled it was changed for me, no fuss. I would have had the hassle of returning and reordering without their help.
I have to add if you haven't already tried the pout perfect pencils I can't recommend them enough. They are soft, creamy and the colours are so intense they outlast many of the other brand lipsticks I have tried, so much so, I went back for more. Give them a try, you will love them.

I bought the metallic eyeliners and they are superb. Amazing quality, soft, easy to use and combine and the colours are fantastic and last quite long.

My order was delayed and I emailed customer service, immediate response and very friendly and helpful, very positive experience and love my products.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT, THE EYE PENCIL IS VERY SOFT

I bought 2 eye liner pencils and im in love. They glide smoothly, they blend easily and let me not forget the sparkle! Shipping was very fast.

Ordered Sofia lipstick for a night out on Saturday, so disappointed as the colour is nothing like the picture, I expected to see a slight difference but its a big difference.

Speed off delivery and quality off the eye liner glides on stays put all day very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered 3 metallic eyeliners and they are fabulous. I didn’t receive the free sharpener so I emailed Zoeva and the customer service was first class . Email was replied to immediately and sharpener is on the post. Excellent products and service.

Pretty great experience, nothing to complain about. My brushes came in carefully packaged with their pouch, I love the box they came in and the handwritten note inside. I’m very impressed with the brushes as well, I was alarmed at first that the bristles look very plasticky but they distribute the products well. Extremely happy that I could find an amazing quality vegan cruelty free brushes.

I bought lipstick Pout Perfect Sofia. Fist of all they show a completely different colour. On video its beautiful pinkish colour but what i received its not nice brownish colour. Secondly its sooo dry and bleeding all around leaps. I would not advise to buy at all Horrible product. Sorry. I can't even return because I tried it.

I was targeted by an Instagram ad and naturally before I buy anything from an ad, I always check out the company first and the reviews here seemed positive enough for me to give them a try.

Delivery was fast quick and the products are lovely. The lipstick pencils are so soft and creamy and have such a lovely pigment to them. So far so good and I would buy again.
