Zleep Hotel Denmark, central location, clean, modern room, friendly staff, but no aircon, very noisy cant sleep, too loud, hotel did not provide mineral water, no tea, no kettle, so 3stars from me.

Nice room for overnight stay and even bath.
Everything was clean and tidy.
Staff at the reception are sweet and friendly, and ready to make their for both hotel stays and help with suggestions for visits to Copenhagen.
Only good things to mention.

We stayed at Zleep Hotel in Kolding (Denmark), and it is nice and modern and clean rooms. Sadly there were some drunk? people mistaken our room for theirs in the middle of the night, but not the hotel's fault ;-)

Sad hotel with no responsibility
Booked in to the hotel after I was told there was Gluten free Breakfast.
In the morning I went to the restaurant for breakfast, and was looking everywhere for Gluten free food .
Non absolute Nonthing .
No Bread , no eggs , no bacon , no Breakfast cereal , nothing .
There was all sort for breakfast from 4 kind of bread, Danish cakes , Breakfast cereal , and many other things to eat, but non for people who have a allergy
I ask the staff in the kitchen , she told me there had a roll but it would take 25 min to warm up . ( I had to catch a flight no time ) despite that Denmark in the supermarket have a great selection of Gluten free food
When complain to the reception, I was met by the person “I don’t care” we have a roll , and you can have you money back .
I wrote a letter to the head office of Zleep hotel 4 weeks ago not a replay or acknowledgment, this is absolute incinerable from a hotel no responded, no answering back ,acknowledgment...... NOTHING.

Dear customer,
We always have gluten-free bread ready - but on request. That is way it was not already served in the buffet to begin with. It is not custom for a Zleep hotel to offer a wide selection of alternatives, only bread.
I would like to apologise if the receptionist did not offer the right amount of service at the moment.
We haven't received your letter yet here at the head office. If we had, we would of course have reached out.
