Moldy cheese
I ordered a ceasar salad here and when my order came there was moldy paramsean cheese on top of my salad. I spoke to the waiter and didn't apologize, he continued to stick his fingers in my salad to grab the moldy piece of cheese off my plate, said he "needed it as evidence" and left my plate, didn't even bother to remove the salad from the table and offer me a new one. I waited to see if he'd come back and never did and had to talk to another waiter. Slightly disgusted
