SPAMMERS!
I have never installed their app on my Shopify site, but they continue to send SPAM emails! From different addresses, everyday.
It's really illegal. Stay away from them.

Spamming and spamming the wrong one
As mentioned before: spam. Appearntly they can't get any customers, so they send out spam emails, claiming to be the best at what they do.
They don't pay any attention, because they spam a website and company that specialises in good running AI chatbox and customer service.... Run and founded by me.
The more reason not to trust these emails and the services they provide. I mean, if you can't even figure out who you are spamming... How can you know what you customers want?

Harassment-level spam and violation of anti-spam laws
I am writing this review to warn others about the aggressive and unprofessional marketing tactics used by this Shopify app. In just one week, I received 6 unsolicited emails. Even more concerning is that their emails contain NO 'Unsubscribe' link, which is a clear violation of global anti-spam regulations (GDPR/CAN-SPAM). I have manually replied twice asking to be removed from their list, but they completely ignore these requests and continue to flood my inbox. A company that shows such lack of respect for user privacy and basic digital etiquette cannot be trusted with your business data.
