New customer - Bad start
New customer, even though their terms says they will carry out checks etc and request any info if needed before being able to deposit they let me deposit then made me aware I’m blocked from gameplay and depositing any more until I complete verification. Struggling to use the automated live check and I’m unable to access anything on my account including live chat to customer support or withdraw my deposit until I complete this. At a minimum this should be able to be minimised so access to my account is still available as only gameplay and deposits are restricted. Sent email with my documents but again their terms say this will be rejected as only the live check is valid. So currently can’t withdraw, play or have live communication with them.

After reviewing your account, we can see that the verification attempts were unsuccessful because the documents uploaded were not accepted.
