I see on Nov 15 they went into voluntary liquidation- shame they did some unique pieces- quality went down hill at the end as I had to get a replacement due to so many defects & the new one was only marginally better- now we know why the review sites were turning negative on the company

Purchased a tv stand end of June, can’t fault the product,beautifully crafted and well packaged.my problem is like others can’t contact them by phone or email.I ordered pippy oak what I received was pine asked for one hole in back came with two.been to citizen advice now. Shocking customer service.

I ordered a really funky, curved console table on 23rd May and chose to add a glass shelf at extra cost. When I received the table there was no glass shelf; I am happy with the table but wanted the shelf or a refund. I was assured I would receive the shelf and fitments if I was happy to fit it myself. To date, I have neither the shelf nor the refund and they do not answer the telephone or respond to my emails; totally unacceptable. If you do order from them, keep your fingers crossed that they don't get burnt like mine have been.

We ordered 2 coffee tables and one arrived badly packaged and damaged …. We have been trying to contact them via email and phone for the last 3 weeks and there is no response to emails and have received no contact at all. Terrible business. The website states under maintenance…. very very concerned we have just lost our hard earnt money …. Awaiting to hear from them and will not give up

Overall not a good company to order from. Initial inquiry about colours and all I received was 4cm square pieces of coloured laminate with no names or reference to what they were. Had to chase for delivery details. Order arrived unannounced with no tracking details. Although it was very well packed, after unpacking, found the glass shelf was missing from the order and the tables had chips all around the edges and both tables are of extremely poor quality and workmanship. Didn’t expect to spend north of £1000 for such poor quality…… Sent numerous email, left messages to request a call back and nothing. Website has displayed a message saying under maintenance please be patient…….
My order arrived over 4 weeks ago. How patient do I have to be ????

Ordering on website doesnt work. Message "Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements" comes up at point of ordering, even though I am ordering from the UK
Called Customer services multiple time. No answer every time.

Delivery acceptable albeit took longer than expected. Very helpful customer service when called.
Packing first class and took a bit of unpacking to be fair. They done their best to protect their product from transit damage.
Failure lands with their quality control, as quite frankly, a child could produce a higher quality of finish at school. Company emailed immediately with photos… awaiting their response.

We ordered a TV stand which took longer to arrive than we expected but we had regular contact with Oran to keep updated with anticipated delivery. Great customer service.

When it did arrive it was definitely a ‘Wow’ !! Actually better than we expected and superb quality. We liked it so much that the following day we ordered two more items.

Have just received out tv unit and nest of tables ( I designed them white.pink.and grey) and over the moon with both the quality and most of all the customer service we received from ORAN
Nothing was a hassle and we were kept up to date with our order.
Absolutely over the moon with my furniture and will certainly be encouraging both family and friends to look at this firm

I am absolutely thrilled with my zespoke table! While the delivery took a little bit longer than expected, the product and customer service more than made up for it!!

It’s arrived after a longer wait than I would have preferred but it’s beautiful and everything we hoped for.

Love my hoop coffee table. My only comment is it would be a good idea to advise customers of 2 to 3 months wait prior to purchase.

Whilst the product itself is ok, the delivery is a disaster! This is my second (and now unfortunately my very last) table from this company. Even with my first order there were weeks of delays, even though I had chosen the fast delivery option. This time they managed to make me wait FOUR months for my new table! This is absolutely unacceptable - NEVER AGAIN!

EDIT from 23.03.2024: Now Zespoke has actually tried to bribe me to remove my rating - for a 10% discount on the purchase price. Unfortunately, this corresponds exactly to my experience and assessment of this company. All the more reason to stay away from buying anything there!

Having a new sofa meant I needed a new coffee table. A funky one. Different from the norm. Enter Zespoke. Soon as I saw it I knew it would look brilliant, and it so does. Craftsmanship is outstanding. Customer service and delivery brilliant. It is so good, Ive ordered a stretch tv console and side table for the front room, 2 bedside tables and also a stand for the hall way. It will completely change the look of my home. Happy man right here

This was our second purchase from Zespoke Design.The fun starts with picking your piece.Then you have a huge selection of colours to choose from.The page is so easy to use.Were so excited receiving our console Tabel, It was delivered so well and packed so perfect to protect the pieces in transit.We love our Console tabel and TV Stand.

Nothing like the image!! Canary yellow is actually dark cream and matt lime green has an odd textured wood effect. Company's response is to point to their T&C's and say "there's nothing we can do".

My order was also despatched after 4 weeks rather than the stated 2-3 weeks (with no communication until I contacted them) and arrived completely covered in packing tape which was difficult to remove.

I was looking for something a bit different and came across zespoke , products looked great and had some good reviews , website was easy to use , especially liked the create your own section , ordered a free sample pack, and choose a colour that was a perfect match to our furniture , ordered the table on the 12th July , paid the extra £30 for quick dispatch which didn’t happen in the said time , when the table did finally arrive it was the wrong colour , nothing like the sample, tried ringing which Is a complete waste of time , nobody every answers, had to email , they emailed back to say I had been sent the wrong samples and that the colour we chose was no longer available , when I requested a return of the table, they offered a discount or offer to make another table , nothing else was suitable so I requested they collected the table again , in their defence they said they had rang around to try and locate the colour and had managed to get it but turns out it was damaged so still no good , more mess around getting the table collected , sent courier with no label, so had to return the next day , had to wait for them to receive table back for them to say they’d refund money within 3-5 days , whole episode from ordering to refund ended up a couple
Of days shy of a whole month . can’t comment on quality of product because I never fully unwrapped , but arrived well packaged , honestly opinion .disappointing experience from start to finish🙁

Got to be the best customisation options i have ever seen for furniture 🙌, so many colour options and loads different designs to chose from, Beautiful furniture that's absolutely stunning to look at and also matched by the highest quality and workmanship, i have just purchased my third table now so looking forward to receiving it, if your are looking for a piece of furniture to make a statement and to transform your room then you can't go wrong with Zespoke, everyone comments when they see mine, i have added a photo of mine 😍, i just love it so a huge and massive thank you to Zespoke 👍👍👍👍

After problems related to the delivery (damage to the parcel) I had to contact Zespoke. I first tried by phone, which was disappointing because only an answering picks up the phone. I then sent an email and have been very happy with the reactivity of the people in charge of customers. They were very helpful and offered a good support in order to find a fair solution. This is a trustworthy company.
