We have moved and used many moving services but have never had such pleasant experience from the time I contacted them till the time we moved in.
Thank you Isaac and Alex in the office taking care of the details so promptly and I don’t know the names of the two delivery gentlemen but they were very respectful and mindful.

Great job. Will use again if needed
The work was done on time and without a hitch. We had to move out of a 3rd floor walk up without elevators. The narrow staircase was challenging but everything was smooth. The movers were very friendly.

Excellent work, prompt service
The team came ahead of the scheduled time. They were courteous and moved everything out of my old apartment and in to my new apartment in record time. I also had other items that wasn't included in the initial request which they took as well. All in all, the team was great and I would use them again.

Couldn't have asked for a better move!
I moved back in October 2020 from Forest Hills to Brooklyn and the move couldn't have gone better. The ZeroMax team actually arrived early and got right to work. It was raining but that didn't hinder them. They were fast and extremely careful. Nothing was lost or damaged and the entire move was smooth and flawless. The price they quoted was very reasonable and competitive--and they didn't try to add on any additional fees. I would recommend them and use them again myself!

The most SEAMLESS moving experience
Movers showed up exactly on time and moved so fast. Took down TVs, wrapped dressers, took apart a bed, and moved multiple boxes within 2 hours! They then drove to my storage unit in Queens and packed my storage unit. Overall, about a 4 hours process. Couldn’t have asked for a more smooth move! USE ZEROMAX MOVING- you won’t be disappointed!

Unreliable Company
They showed up with a truck that was too small for the job and it already had a couple of pieces of furniture that belonged to one of the workers. They damaged my dining room table and server which I had to pay to have repaired. The owner did take some money off the price because they couldn't finish the job. Would never hire this company again for any job. Unreliable.

The movers were great
The movers were great! Prompt, quickly and smartly packed things into the truck, and with equal speed and care in the second location. The entire process was seamless and easy. I had 24 hours to move and I cannot think of a smoother move.

Fantastic service

Movers broke lamps during the move and…
Movers broke lamps during the move and tried to deny it even while my wife witnessed the incident and took pictures. The truck that was used for the move had a non-functioning lift which made the job very time-consuming for the movers with cigarette breaks every 15 minutes. Lastly, after all this, the driver demanded a 20% gratuity for the job. Really!!???
