The prescription was way off
The prescription was way off. After spending $180. I can't even see out of my brand new glasses. Just spend a little more and know what you are getting is correct.

Better than expected
So first i searched up some affordable glasses companies, and first stumbled upon Lenssmart, then later found out that they weren’t a good company, their customer service took 1 day to respond to cancel only 1 order. Then ordered from zenni and the glasses were perfect. Btw im buying $100 worth of stuff from you guys

I accidentally putin my RX incorrectly…
I accidentally putin my RX incorrectly so when I got may glasses I couldn't see a thing. I called Zenni and a very nice gentleman helped figure out the issue and gave me instructions how to return. I opted for store credit and look forward to getting my glasses again....this time with the RIGHT RX! LOL!

Low prices, low quality. Poor lense features
While Zenni has very low prices, you get what you pay for. A lot of their frames look stylish but wearing them is another story. The quality is subpar which equates to low pricing. The material on some looks straight out of the dollar store. Another downside is sizing, you can get a pair in multiple sizes. If you like a pair, they will be a specific size that may or may not fit you. If they don't fit you, you are out of luck. On to another style. The web try on feature is also highly inaccurate. If you base your buying decision on this, you will be disappointed. The PD is off by about 12 or 13. That's very bad. Lastly are lenses. They upcharge you on all sorts of lenses most of which are terrible. Blue light lenses are tinted or colored. Reflections will have a hue so you look bad in pictures. Photochromatic lenses degrade in weeks, not years. So they yellow very fast. This is poor materials. Zenni is a good back up pair option of you skip every bell and every whistle on the lenses. You'll get a cheap pair that will fool some and do cheap you don't care if they break

They Lost My Order, Botched the Remake, Then Refused a Return
Bottom line: Zenni lost my order, botched the replacement, and refused to make it right. Now, I'm out money with a pair of glasses I can't even use.
My first order arrived lost in transit, which is unsurprising, given how poorly the glasses were packaged for shipping. This was entirely on Zenni's end, through no fault of my own. They remade the order and sent a replacement pair, but the second pair had its own problems: the fit was off, and the left lens was made incorrectly. Even though I entered my prescription correctly and it matched my current glasses exactly, looking through the left lens caused eye strain that I don't experience with my other pair.
When I tried to return the faulty glasses, Zenni refused, citing the fact that they'd already remade my order once, despite that remake being necessary only because of their own shipping failure. Customer service was no help at all in resolving any of this.
I'm now stuck with a pair of glasses that don't fit and are unusable, and out the money I paid for them. Incredibly poor service, and I won't be ordering from Zenni again. Save yourself the money and hassle and go to a legitimate vendor.
