If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a complete fraud- shame on me for falling for it. I ordered a body oil and it never arrived, I reached out to them after a month and they responded claiming it was "in transit" - (but I was unable to get any tracking information) and they gave me a coupon for 30% off my next purchase. It's been 4 months and 1 email per month requesting a status update, with zero responses. It's just a con!

I ordered the Matiere body oil that was supposed to have white lupin, undaria seaweed and other botanical oils. Paid $152 for 5 bottles. I was sent this cheap looking boxed garbage straight from China with MINERAL & CASTOR Oil as the first two ingredients!! So disappointing. I didn't even open the box or try it with such thick goopy ingredients.
I requested a refund and gave me the runaround and offered 20% back if I pay to ship the product back. But the product sent looks nothing like what was advertised online. I asked for clarity and never got a reply. They defended their position to my credit card company and the CC company took their side. I am currently re-opening a dispute. Sent an item that looks nothing like what was advertised, with junk ingredients; unable to satisfactorily get a refund. Shop App also no helpful at all.
Zenitth should be deeply ashamed of their fraudulent business practices.
