We have had a lot of windows and doors fitted , the quality and finish is excellent
The fitters couldn't have been any more helpful and where very pleasant to have working on our home
But the only down side was the sales team with regard to communication and getting hold off
But overall very pleased !

We have had a large number of windows successfully fitted over the last few months. The product is first class and we would recommend both the product and the workmanship to anyone. However the complicated contract arrangement and finance agreement and the lengthy convoluted and pressured sales procedure, we find very unattractive. A simply priced, single point sale would be much better.

Whilst in a local supermarket I had a very unfavourable encounter with Zenith sales reps. Two middle aged men at the checkout, wearing Zenith jackets made very unsavoury, and derogatory comments. It made myself, and everyone in ear shot feel uncomfortable and it was unacceptable. I contacted Zenith several time, sorry tried to contact Zenith several times, to try and suggest having a word with their reps about the sort of language that is acceptable in a public place at any time but especially in the middle of the day, in a supermarket, whilst wearing jackets with Zenith's branding on them, but it was to no avail. I have not heard back from Zenith after several weeks of trying. After the words that were used I wouldn't go near Zenith, or let them into my home for any reason.

Jason from Zenith's Kent branch visited to discuss replacing existing double glazing for new units. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and went to great lengths to explain the technology behind the glazing products and the benefits behind them. It was a very comfortable meeting and in no way did we feel under any pressure. As this was out first meeting, I intend to write further about how the installation went and our level of satisfaction, but, suffice to say, it was a very promising and impressive start to the project.

Been using Zenith since 1990s and never had any problems with the company. Had loads of different products in few houses and cant describe how pleased and happy we always been with the service that been provided by the company.

The whole process has always been easy and pleasant and would absolutely definitely recommend Zenith to everybody no matter what other reviews do say - It is fantastic company

The product is excellent, service for installation very good as it is done by their own people not subcontracted which is why they can offer a warranty rather than a guarantee. They were friendly polite and approachable. I found them to be a very good and professional.

Trying to contact Zenith Customer Services is impossible. I have been given the run-around and wrong numbers. All I want is a certificate for my Zenith windows so that I can sell my house. I have also tried email and Twitter - no luck. But if I say I am interested in purchasing, surprise surprise, I get a call immediately. Unfortunately, they cannot then help me, and try to get off the phone as quick as possible.

Tom visited us to quote for guttering, very professional and a good price as well. Bit of a mix-up with the scaffolding set-up, but otherwise installation OK.

Conservatory fitted fifteen years ago has stood the test of time. Now looking for an upgraded roof and I'm trusting Zenith to do another good job for me.

This evening I was visited by Vlad, he was here to quote me for new windows. A near impossible task as I had received several other quotes which were very good. Vlad arrived on time with a pleasant smile and a warm greeting. He set about explaining all the technical "stuff" with eloquence and in such a way that even I understood all the details. He took all the measurements and talked me through my options and generated a quote. The quote was a fair and good price with excellent payment options. Above all there was NO pressure sales techniques, no bad attitude towards my financial situation. In all he was a proper gentleman and a pleasure to talk to. His attitude alone has guaranteed that when I do purchase it will be through Zenith. He is a credit to the company and a real asset.

Absolutely delighted with experience. Installation lads were nice and polite (conscientious). If any more work would be required on my property I wouldn’t thing twice before using Zenith again.

It actually should be 0 stars.
It took them 3 months to decide whether they will at all do my conservatory or not and decided not and another 3 to give me my money back. Disgraceful. It took them 5 mins to take it and numerous phone calls to chase to get it. Why do I need to chase my money? Were they hoping I will forget and they can keep it? Also they promise someone from customer service to call but they never do, the customer service manager left with no notice so it's an indication what kind of workplace it is as well.
During numerous calls no one actually even apologise for the delay.
If this is how they conduct their business I'm glad they are not doing my conservatory as it would be total shambles too.

. Thursday teatime pushy sales guy when I was about to dish up dinner. Friday a salesman came up 12.20 until 5pm. pushy, aggressive, insulting. I ended foolishly giving an 'admin' fee of £349-00. totally out of character for me but after 41/2 hours of non stop bull**** I would have signed anything. Several phone calls later , three of which went unanswered and I still have not got my money back Today a phone call from HR in Staines (that is what came up on my phone) and yet another pushy salesman trying to tell me if I spent 5,600 pounds I would not lose the 349-00.Well I managed to resist this offer.This person could not explain the sum of 349-00 btw although I repeatedly asked him. I found an email for a CEO but email failed.No surprises there

I still have not received a reply from John and it has been 15 days, therefore I will begin part 2 of this traumatic 4 1/2 hours sales push tomorrow. I have put up with enough ignorance and am now really angry and will expose another lie I was told by the salesman. I want MY money back!

Awful experience! They came out to quote and were pleasant at first, they then gave us a quote if we were to sign up then and there and a quote if we didn't (the quote for not signing up on the day was almost double!) We said we wanted to think about it and wouldn't be buying today. He then got very aggressive and wouldn't take no for an answer. He would not leave the house! We felt like we were being forced into signing up that day and were told we were wasting his time! The sales technic is to be very aggressive and the whole thing was really distressing and invasive. I thought this was just our sales person but friends have had the same experience! I would never recommend them and never let them into my house again!

Had a porch installed by Zenith and there teams, it was the worst experience of my life. The sales person was very forceful to get a sale, he halved the price and still came in more expensive then others, which as to get the 'great price' I had to sign that day. The porch was due to be complete mid September 2018, they didn't show up until October to start the job. They put a plastic roof on even though I clearly stated I wanted a tiled roof. The porch was built out of square, they damaged neighbors porch. When I asked customer services to improve the service I was getting I was told 'have you gone to trading standards yet? because with us its who shouts loudest'

I have long list of defects with the porch and they have subsequently demolished the poor attempt of a porch leaving the front of my house look like a bomb has gone off. I haven't paid them and will be sending a bill for the repairs I will have to carry out myself.
