I moved out of my house a few months ago and contacted them to cancel the contract - no replies for months. Unbelievably bad customer service, can’t recommend.

Please do not feel obliged to sign up with them.
They come to your door and push you into giving your details and try to make you sign.
You always have the right to think about things before signing anything. No one should pressure you into signing because of time.

Luckily l didn’t sign anything with them and checked the reviews.

In their web site, it says Suffering from a sewer smell in your house?
I have been paying my insurance since 4 years. This is the second time I called them and I explained that I am suffering with the sewer smell.They send me somebody let alone they couldn`t fix it, also they wanted me to pay for it.

A sales representative named Lianne came to my door on the 16th offering a monthly plumbing subscription service. I explicitly told her that I was not ready to commit and only wanted a phone call to get more information and have my questions answered.

She assured me that if I filled out their form—which included my contact details, bank information, and a signature—it was strictly so they could call me within 5 days to ask if I wanted to proceed with a contract. I trusted her word and signed.

The 5 days have passed, and I never received a call. It is now completely clear that this was a deliberate lie and a trap to trick people into signing a direct debit mandate under false pretenses.

I have officially revoked my signature, cancelled any supposed agreement using my 14-day statutory cooling-off period, and demanded a full removal of my personal data from their systems in accordance with the GDPR.

I strongly refuse to do business with a company that resorts to tricking consumers to trap them into subscriptions. Be warned and do not give them your details!

I am writing this to warn others about the predatory sales tactics used by this company. A sales rep visited my home and misled me regarding the signup process, explicitly stating that my details were only for a "pre-registration" and that a follow-up call would be required to finalize everything. That call never came, and I was signed up anyway.

To make matters worse, the representative provided all documentation in Dutch, despite it being clear that I could not read or understand the terms. Signing someone up for a service they cannot read is a massive red flag. I would have been a happy customer if they had been honest, but they’ve completely broken my trust. Stay away and wait for a company that actually values transparency.

This is not the first time. The same company representatives came to my house, tries to intimidate and falsify information and tries to push to sign a contact on the fly right that moment? Both times I had the worst experience with the salesperson. If this is their way for selling subscription, I dont need such kind of service. I would rather pay more to cares about the customer experience than paying thugs.
