Warning: Founder Reopened as Zebra HD After Shutting Down Zebra Health Solutions Without Paying
The Influencer Marketing Factory completed a campaign for Zebra Health Solutions, delivering everything as promised and providing a comprehensive report. However, once we submitted our invoice, Zebra Health Solutions started challenging our numbers—despite clear metrics—and ultimately refused to pay.
To make matters worse, the company’s founder, Norris Liu, later shut down Zebra Health Solutions and rebranded under a new company, Zebra HD, with a nearly identical name. This appears to have been a deliberate move to avoid paying outstanding vendor invoices, including ours.
Vendors and partners, please be extremely cautious when engaging with Zebra HD or any future ventures from this founder. Our experience shows a pattern of non-payment and lack of accountability.
