Season ticket.

Season ticket.
Everything was going really smoothly, until three games before the end of the season, me and my partner went to a game and was refused entry, this happened three games in a row despite being told everything is fine with my account.
I make Zebra aware, fast forward a month I now have a default on my name for unpaid charges.
Why would I pay for a service I never got, and the embarrassment to go with it.

Zebra have been notified a minimum 20 times.

Company are chasing arrears for a…

Company are chasing arrears for a previous tenant who left in 2015 - they are constantly sending letters despite my phone call and several emails notifying them that the tenant does not live here and even giving them the forwarding address for the tenant. They are unprepared to take any action - very unhelpful company

Letter charges?

Horrendous company. £25 fee for a letter when I changed my direct debit date? Rude, unpleasant and a nightmare to deal with.
