I paid for the shipping more than 30 EUR and now should I pay extra 24,43 EUR for the duties. The shipping price from AE without duties is not acceptable and overpriced if it is not included the duty costs.
The product costs only 17,50 EUR and I should pay total 55 EUR for the shipping extra (3 times more that the product) ????
Dishonest!!!
Purchased product on 25 April, received email for options extra shipping or cancel and refund. Replied on 1 May to cancel and refund, payment was deducted from my account that same day.
Received email 3 May informing payment been refunded. Checked account Nothing has gone in from then until now.
I’ve sent out 5 emails, zayoshe replied 3 similar emails, ok let me check and get back.
