We decided to try Zaxby's for the first…

We decided to try Zaxby's for the first time, and ordered online for a 'curbside pickup'.
Our confirmation said that our order would be ready in 15 minutes - time enough, surely for them to put a straw for our drink, napkins, and sauce in with our order (there were none of those things in our bag.)

We got there exactly on time, and since there were no directions on how to do 'curbside pickup', we went to the drive-thru order box, where we announced that we were there for a pickup, and were then told we could pull up to the drive-thru window.
There was one vehicle in front of us, at the window.

We sat there for 10 minutes, and in all that time the drive-thru window was never opened, and the driver ahead of us (whose order was apparently taking longer than anticipated) was not asked to pull in to the parking lot while they took care of other customers.
We could see at least three cars behind us, all waiting for 10 minutes in a ghost town.

When I walked in to get our food, I could see one person cooking, and one young lady at the drive-thru cash register, with her arms folded with nothing to do.

When I mentioned we'd been sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for food that was already to go, there was no apology and no explanation.

The cartons in the bag were thrown in haphazardly, and it was hard to tell if we would order again from Zaxby's, since the food was cold, and we never did get to try the famous Zaxby's sauces.

Once upon a time I loved Zaxbys now they are a disappointment

My last trip to zaxby's was a disappointment. They have discontinued every item I wanted to order. Their new menu is pathetic. The service was fine the cashiers were friendly but they had nothing that I wanted to eat not even the dressing I wanted on my salad. The new light menu is code for less food. Do they think we're stupid. Sad to say my last visit to zaxby's will officially be my last visit to zaxby's.

ok food was absolutely amazing

ok food was absolutely amazing. cashier trash. need to teach cashiers not to be so grouchy and to listen. i had to repeat everything 3 times and it wasn’t just me repeating everything.

Zaxbys Georgetown KY

Cold food, loud music playing in the kitchen can be heard in the dining room. Employees yelling and screaming in the kitchen and cashier counter, lots of profanity from employees. No supervision. Horrible salads. They are now pre packed salads not like before where they were made daily. Waste of money

Zaxby’s Sandy

Zaxby’s Sandy, UT. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ate there and the chicken wings were cold and had no flavor. The fries tasted like they were microwaved. They forgot to give sauce and forgot the fries initially. Horrible service overall. Do NOT recommend AT ALL. Will never go here again.

Pathetic Excuse For a Business

Ordered on the App from the Acworth, GA (Baker Road) Zaby’s. Gave them the name on the order when I arrived. 20 minutes after my pickup time, the rude girl at the front asked me what I was waiting for. I gave her the name and the other ruder girl says you must have ordered from the wrong place because we don’t have it here. I showed on my phone that it was the correct place and the first one says well someone must have taken it - like that was my problem. Then a girl from the back speaks up to say that she has been waiting on the grilled chicken for the two salads. More time passes and I finally get my order. The chicken was burned and charred beyond recognition and cold like it had came out of the trash or something. So much for waiting for it to cook…. The crew were all too busy chatting and laughing and checking out guys to care about customer service, and obviously there was no management working. Then, to top it off, they were unable to refund my money because it was an online order and their credit card machine have been broken for a long time.

Terrible signature chicken sandwich

Ordered the signature chicken sandwich. A sandwich with two pickles and nothing else. What ever happened to lettuce, tomato, and cheese. If that is what the club is called, that is stupid. Worse sandwich I have had in a long time. Will never order from them again.

My wife and I once liked Z’s

My wife & I have always liked it here, until Covid hit 2 years ago and went through a make shift drive through, which I did not have any problems with, but the pop we got the cup was 100% full of ice with 2 oz of drink. So we drove around again and asked for a refill, they said NO WAY. I said we only had 2oz liquid and they said management said we must fill the cups FULL of ice. That’s the last time we stopped at Z’s. That was 2 year’s ago. We did like your food.

Terrible gift card policy

I went to Zaxby's with a gift card. My order was slightly higher than the gift card and I only had a $20 bill. I gave the clerk the card and the $20 and she used the cash first and the balance from the card. I now have a gift card with a balance and I spent $20 that I didn't have. I was told that this is the policy of the chain. After I use the remaining balance on the card I will not return.

Never good!

Not sure about the restaurants in your town but every Zaxbys (several) suck! The food is horrible, it has obviously been sitting under the lights for hours and the wait staff is almost always rude. I have given them many chances but it is always the same; YUCK!

TOO SALTY! And just BAD, BAD!

This was my first experience with Zaxby's. I had been craving a competitor's chicken fingers and sauce but it was out of the way. So I decided to give Zaxby's a try. I ordered the 4 finger plate. I was shocked at how overly salty the fries were and then I tried the chicken...also TOO SALTY. And I like salt. But Geez Louise you need to know when to put that salt and/or seasoning shaker down! The Texas toast had an off taste like they used cooking oil instead of butter. Even the diet coke didn't taste right. The sauce was meh! I ended up eating a few fries and one finger and throwing everything including the coke away. I did eat the coIe slaw which was actually better than their competitor's. I won't be going back there again, EVER!

Boycott Zaxby's!

It's too bad a restaurant doesn't get fined for poor quality and horrific customer service. I didn't know Zaxby's started serving nuggets instead of tenders. Is burnt toast a new menu item. Since when was a customer greeted with "Yeah, you got a problem" from the manager. Too bad there isn't a courtesy inspector like a health inspector.

One star is too much!!

One star is too much!!! Worst experience ever at Zaxby’s at the Palm Beach Outlets on Friday Oct. 15th at 1:30 pm. Took my order- didn’t have correct change and said “I owe you $2”! Never heard of not giving the correct change back to a customer when they pay and I had to remind her to give me the $2. Took over 30 minutes to get a one person order. Workers we walking around, not really doing anything and not expediting the orders. It was sheer chaos! Nobody knew what they we doing. Orders sat for awhile and workers were constantly opening the containers to see what food was in there which really freaked me out! So unsanitary. Others customers were complaining and asked for a refund. It was so bad. Corporate should go to this location cause it is not being managed. Had not been to a Zaxby’s in a while and thought I’d give it a try but I will never go back.

Zaxby are starting to camouflage the…

Zaxby are starting to camouflage the salads with fresh items on top but in the middle and bottom are all the pieces you normally throw out when making a salad..I have had the hulk or core of lettuce, wilted pieces, pieces that have turned brown.. its a rip off...they suck !!

i went through the drive through in…

i went through the drive through in spanish fort AL amd there was a sign apologizing for the increase in prices for the chicken wings. i look at the price snd it’s SIXTEEN DOLLARS. for one order?!? are you out of your minds?!? if this isn’t just this restaurant and it’s the whole chain y’all will be out of business within the year. i hope someone from HQ is reading these reviews but probably not since many are SO bad. I drove away and went to chick file instead.

I have had terrible customer service…

I have had terrible customer service for the past two days at the Talladega, AL Zaxby’s. On the first day (yesterday), I was made to wait at the speaker for 6 minutes while they prepared my mobile order so that they could give it directly to me when I got to the window. Today, they were rude on the speaker when I asked for an item they did not have. When I got to the window, the woman at the register dropped my credit card and then she was extremely rude about me attempting to pick it up from the mud into which she dropped it and then she was rude when bringing my items to me. I generally go to Zaxby’s at least once a week if not more. I will not be returning to this location for quite a while. I am very unhappy with the service I have received.

Gibsonton FL. location. I had a mask on but my wife didn't. A young man behind the counter said you need to wear a mask. Then a young lady chimed in "we re trying to stop the spread". ok. No problem. She put the mask on. Ordered 2 chicken meals with French fries. ( I believe #2) . WHAT ? 25 DOLLARS? WHILE while we were waiting at least 10- no lie 10 other people walked in and NOT 1 had a mask on nor were they asked to put a mask on. Didn't see anyone cleaning tables or anything else. Food was nothing spectacular. NEVER AGAIN.
