Should of been a brand new pair of trainers but the box was worn and they had marks on, the company have no way of complaining without returning the item which I dont want to do.

didn't tell me I couldn't use gift cards on discounted things until id already bought it. now I can't use it.

This is a complete fake website, I have placed order for purse in april and it has never come to me, and I am chasing for refund since a month and they keep replying one or another thing, please do not waste your money on this fake website

The wrong product was sent, it was a completely different shoe and colour to what I had paid for. The packaging did not contain the return label. The whole thing seems like a scam to sell your personal data. Wish I had not used them!!

Appalling experience, to say the least. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes for my daughter on April 18th with an estimated delivery of April 21-23. On the 21st, I got a message that there was an attempted delivery - they attached a picture from a random trolley with a package that was obviously not a shoe box. They said it will be delivered the next day.

After 5 days and no shoes, I reached out to Zalando, who, to be fair to them, responded within 24 hours, but with "thank you for patience". No indication of when I will receive the package or any signs that they are doing their best to resolve the situation.

It's April 30th, and still no shoes or any apologies or update as to when the package will be delivered. Yesterday, I asked for a refund and have not yet heard back from them.

Poor delivery, poor management, poor customer service. Needless to say, I will never buy from Zalando again.

Ordered the last item in stock, which was coming from another country and so had an additional delivery charge. They use Evri as a courier. Evri "attempted" to delivery exactly once, which did not include ringing my doorbell. Evri are now returning the item. Zalando use AI assistance on their website, which goes around in circles and gives you dead links. They have a phone number to speak to a human, but the human can only repeat what's on the screen and is unable or unwilling to do anything else. They can't tell you why, they can't send the item back to you, they can't pre-allocate it to you once it's reshelved. So this item is gone forever and the money I paid, which may eventually be refunded, will have been missing from my account for over a month.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! This company is a scam. I bought an expensive pair of shoes only to receive cheap pillowcases. I reported the error immediately and returned and they refusing to refund. Do not trust. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I have reported this to my bank and opened a case

Ordered on Sunday evening and product arrived on Tuesday lunchtime. Fast efficient delivery and excellent product at fantastic price. Would definitely recommend.

Brought 2 items about a month ago, some trainers and a pair of jeans. The trainers were delivered but the jeans were not, was told these were delivered together but only trainers were in the delivery, they said no refund for the £80 jeans as there system showed they were packed and sent, disgraceful company, will not use again and do not recommend!

Have just been refused a refund and accused of sending an empty trainer box back. Has anyone else experienced this scam?

Ordered a mammut jacket and it arrived in good time, but then returned the item as size didnt fit and they still havnt refunded me for the item. I got an email saying my item is not eligable for a refund. I disputed this and have had no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Was initially apprehensive about ordering from here due the number of poor reviews. However, the price of item was most reasonable from here, so gave it a shot and I'm pleased to say, it went well. The only thing i would say is, I think the item should have come inside its branded box, but it came without any box - it did still have the label on though and was in perfect condition, so I was fine with that.

I ordered a pair of Adidas Spezials that were out of stock everywhere but Zalando managed to get a limited amount of stock in. I placed my order, it was dispatched the next day and delivered the following day. All on free standard delivery. I cannot complain at all because the service was quicker than other websites and I received exactly what I ordered. I think the reviews all depend on your area and the courier you get. I'd confidently order again!

Ordered two pairs of trainers at the same time only one pair shown up but was to small so I sent them back. A week had passed by with no show of the second pair of trainers so I emailed them asking for a update they told me to wait until a certain date due to delivery issues and to email them after that date if no show, which I did do but the shoes still didn’t turn up so I emailed them then they wanted me to wait another 2 days so I then done that but yet no trainers was delivered I then emailed again but they stopped responding to every email I sent I had to open up a claim with PayPal to get my £80 back. I would avoid this site very poor customer service won’t ever be ordering again.

No complaints from me. Ordered an Adidas sweater that was much cheaper than any other website. Fast dispatch and received exactly what I ordered and I would definitely use them again.

If I could give zero I would. Item was not sent. At this point I believe this is actually a scam company and I won't recieve anything. Look at the other reviews

I returned my order as the item was incorrect. I contacted Zalando live chat about this as I was very upset and was told to return it. Once I returned it, my return was rejected. I was once again sent back the wrong item and now I am being refused of a refund! I can't believe how unbelievably unfair this all is. I have been fighting this for 3 months now and will not give up even if it means I have to file a lawsuit against Zalando. My money has been stolen and I have been treated disgustingly as a customer.

Not to mention that every time I reach out to customer service, they are extremely rude and leave the chat! This is disgraceful and Zalando must be shut down. Please avoid purchasing from here.

Absolute trash ! First they messed up delivery of a Christmas present for my daughter and now not only dispatched a week after order was placed , two days later the status says "returning to sender". Disgusting, incompetent and untrustworthy. Don't bother ordering from these scammers.
