I will never use this service again

I will never use this service again. As they approved all of the items I registered at their Wardrobe, I happily sent the parcel to them. A few weeks later they sent me an email where they stated that they would only credit a pair of trousers. The rest of the items were according to Zalando 'defect' - three cashmere cardigans, a leather bag in perfect condition. This is not legit. I'm afraid most of the items they receive will end in the landfill. This put me off so much that I will not purchase anything from them again.

Do not send your clothes there

I sent a package to them with clothes in perfect condition (some of them were literally new) and they all got approved before. Then I got an email that they took only 1 (!) because all the rest was defect, which is impossible. I told them to send back the rest, and I received only half of my clothes. Seems to me like there‘s a system behind this, they approve one thing, keep some good ones for whoever and send you back the rest.
I will never send anything to them again.

O stars here!! Shame on you Zalando Wardrobe!

I give one star because I cant give any.
After uploading the pictures and the clothes went approved, preparing the package and sent the clothes to Zalando. I received an email informing that only 2 items of 20 sent are taken by them. They have rejected items in new condition and with the original label still on with the reason of faulty. I have received today the 18 items. The package arrived but the box is a mess. Shame on you Zalando Wardrobe!!!!
