Poor service. Not satisfied at all. Send money more than year ago and I don’t have swimwear or money. Thanks for nothing 👏

Its officially been a month since this company has robbed me. I never got my order and they refuse to respond to my request for further assistance. This company is clearly a scam.

I placed an order with this company on January 21, and I still haven’t received my items. Here it is almost 2 months later. Their shipping policy is very deceiving because nowhere does it say it could be up to 2 months for you to receive your items. I was very excited to place my order because the clothes looked so cute, but thankfully I found a better company in the meantime that I will do business with from here on out. Get it together, Zahara. This is no way to do business.

Honestly, I'm really frustrated with Zahara. I've ordered from them before and usually receive my orders in about 10-12 business days. I recently ordered again, expecting the same shipping time, and with enough time before my upcoming vacation for them to (supposedly) arrive.

Fast forward 11 days/8 business days: I reached out to Zahara after 6 business days, after which I almost always have a tracking number, and they told me they didn't have one and that "my order will still arrive, there just may be some days delay." They blamed this on COVID, but have no disclaimers on their website that COVID regulations may impact shipping time. My tracking number, when I finally got it, has only updated once, and the day it gave when it updated wasn't the day my calendar told me it was, but 1 day in the future.

I only go on one beach vacation a year, and was excited to wear these suits as I've had great experiences with the company in the past. However, the extremely poor experience this time has discouraged me. There is absolutely no way the suits will arrive before I leave for the beach, and by the time they get here I will have no use for them. On top of that, I spent my entire swimsuit budget here, and now have no money to buy more, so I have no swimsuits at all for my trip.

I wish the company had been more honest about how COVID had impacted their shipping. Maybe then I wouldn't be so disappointed and frustrated and they wouldn't be getting another negative review. I've contacted them about a full refund and will update my review when I receive a response.

UPDATE: Well, Zahara refused to give me a refund, and told me that the shipping information was accurate. My package did arrive several days into my vacation, so I guess there's that.

As far as the products go: they'd be cute if they fit. I ordered a size Large in 3 sets: Destiny Royal Blue, Destiny Maroon, and Oasis. The Destiny Royal Blue is far too small, the Destiny Maroon is too large, and the Oasis is also too small. Considering that all of them were based on the same sizing chart, this is surprising. I'm also surprised that one is too small, as I was solidly in the middle of all of the measurements given. The quality of the suits is also very cheap, especially for the price. They remind me of suits I would find at a beach souvenir shop, but cheaper. Seeing as these suits cost $70 USD and those cost roughly $10...it says a lot. Overall, I'm extremely underwhelmed. These suits aren't worth it at all. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a couple bikinis and an exercise band and it supposedly shipped from China on the 4th of December. I’ve sent so many emails and even reached out twice via Instagram and I get the same reply over and over, sending me the tracking number which hasn’t updated since being “sent” on 4/12. I’ve tried asking for a refund three times over a period of weeks (on top of all the other emails asking why my stuff hasn’t shown up) and I’m now nearly certain I’ve been scammed which sucks because it’s a lot of money. There’s also an Insta account I've found called @zaharaswimliars which I recommend having a look at before you buy anything. Also note that I’m in NZ and I’ve had 3 other orders from China that I placed after and have shown up super quick so while they keep trying to blame covid but that’s obviously not the issue. Really just want my money back because it’s so expensive and I’m real gutted and embarrassed about being scammed.

I fell for the “ambassador program” and stupidly bought three bikinis from Zahara swim. Firstly they said they would be delivered in 7-10 days to which they only just arrived over a month later. They say they are an Australian brand but they are a drop shipper and the product actually comes from China. No where near worth the money you pay for them and I’m sure you could get them for much cheaper from another website - they didn’t even have their own branding/tags on the swimwear so obviously from a cheaper place. The sizing is completely inconsistent and the swimmers are of such poor quality that I won’t be wearing them. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did and waste your money on this company.

I ordered at the beginning of October, apparently my order has been shipped at the 1st December, BUT I didn’t received anything. I’ve write around 15 emails, and all says I have to go to the post office, I’ve did it, but the don’t have my package. So I come back to the customer service, and I don’t have any answers after that.
I want my money back, I asked for a refund, but nobody respond to my email.
I’m angry, disappointed and tired to wait.
DON’T ORDER HERE.

I ordered a set from Zahra and was not satisfied, because it is so transparent you can see the whole booty through the leggings. So I told the customer service and got noooooo answer until now (must be 4 Month ago more or less) so I cannot recomment this shop. The clothes just look nice on the website.

Zahara contacted me to be a brand ambassador via Instagram where I placed an order and changed my mind 5 minutes after placing, emailing them straight away to cancel. They responded and told me the order had been placed on hold where I responded several times saying I wanted the order cancelled not on hold. They have now taken money from my account and won't respond to me.

SCAM!!!! Asked me to be an ambassador, took over a month to receive items. None of them were good quality or fit, so I asked for a refund. They only give you a promo code for the value, in which you have to use in 1 transaction and ONLY FOR SWIMWEAR!?!? Scam. Don’t trust this site.

Zahara Swim contacted me via several accounts asking me to me “an ambassador,” on Instagram and in order to do so I had to purchase an item. They seemed good and they also claimed to be Australian so I did. It has now been a month and I have not received any updates about my order. I emailed them and they sent me a link and the item was coming from China. Naturally, I questioned them and asked why it was coming from China if they are located in Queensland. They said they have warehouses all over the world. I doubt they have one in Australia though. So it’s been a month. Absolutely nothing. I will NEVER be ordering from them again regardless of quality and it’s pretty fair to say I will not be an ambassador. Their website is also NOT in Australian currency (so much for being Australian!). Do not buy from here. They seem very sketchy claiming to be Australian when nothing about their company indicates this. Be careful.

Also, they have 150k on Instagram, but most of them are their own profiles with the handles “zfit_ *insert name here,*” and “zahara_*insert name here,*” and they are in the HUNDREDS. I don’t see any successful brands having hundreds of accounts with “girls,” looking for ambassadors. Very, very sketchy and weird.

I’ve been shopping with this company for over a year now and love the quality of clothing! They also just started an athletic line and everything fits like a glove! Love this brand!

Love my purchase! The material is so comfy and high quality. It cuts at the right place of my body , makes my boobs and butt look super nice. I especially love the v shape high waisted bottoms. Everytime I wear my bikini from zahara I always get hella compliments :)
