A lot of people talk about the shipping times, in my case I ordered an ITAR item and any ITAR's have to go through a lot of extra customs/inspections, so I found the shipping time to be perfectly fine. Paid the extra for shipping, which came in handy because processing was very fast even through the holidays.

Item arrived in great condition, was exactly what I wanted and they were the ONLY company with that item in stock (for several months).

Customer Service even worked with me personally to get the item on the website as fast as possible, even though it was showing out of stock.

10/10, would & will buy from them again.

Slight delay due to shipping challenges over the holiday period. Excellent communication and feedback during the query period.

I have made several purchases from Zahal and have had good experiences every time.

The product itself was great, works well and was reasonably priced. The only negative was that the time for the standard delivery proved very long especially as it clashed with the UK Christmas Holidays. I would recommend selecting one of the faster delivery option albeit they are more expensive

After placing my order we had great communication about shipping time. I ordered two parts for my VZ58. Everything come same as described. Product is high quality. I'm very happy with purchase and if you need any of their products buy it without any hesitations you will like this company.

I ordered two items from Zahal and one of the items disappeared in transit and when I contacted them about the missing item they were very responsive and shipped out a replacement item.

I was looking for a particular type and model of a recoil spring that was not available in any US store. I saw some information about Zahal in a message blog and the participants were praising Zahal. I don’t normally order outside of the US but with the good reviews and it being in Israel I felt comfortable to give them a try. I received my product along with some complimentary patches and a sticker in a reasonable time. The packaging was great and the whole process was completely satisfactory. Keep in mind that it will take some more time to receive the order but you will receive exactly what you needed. I will be using Zahal for future purchases.

I bought an item that is highly regulated in Canada. Zahal staff took the time to fill all the paperwork so my item could be properly and legally imported here. I couldnt be happier. The communication with their customer department is awesome.

I advise you not to order anything on this site because they also take the payment for the package, so you might not get it. On their page it is clearly written that the package comes in 15 days, they lie, it has been a long time and I have not received anything until now

After trying many online stores to get what I needed Zahal not only had what I wanted but it was also an excellent price and they were able to ship to me with no hassles.
Email communication was fast and prompt.
Tracking information was supplied and the items arrived quickly and well packaged.
I will definitely purchase from again when the need arises.

Ordered a sling and 20 Punisher rail covers..
got the sling and 1 Punisher rail cover.. not a big deal I guess since the rail covers were cheap…. First time I have ever had a problem with Zahal..

What can I say, great prices and super fast shipping. Can't really beat it. Not to mention the customer support team was top notch, I wrote to them and had a reply addressing my concerns quickly. Will shop from here again!

I have ordered a recoil spring from them and It's 30 days later and all I got on my inquiries is that they are looking into it. Money was taken and no product delivered. Unbelievable!!! Do not buy from this company unless you don't like your money and you just want to give it away,
